  keseluruhan nya merasa selesa dan memuaskan. pada mulanya bilik yang di berikan ialah smoking area meskipun kami minta bilik yang bebas dari rokok. Tetapi setelah bilik mempunyai masaalah airconditioning, kami telah di pindah di tempat lain yang lebih selesa.

  Bilik hotel selesa dan bersih kerana hotel ini masih baharu. Sarapan pagi yang memuaskan. Kolam renang kanak-kanak dengan tempat air pancut. Layanan staf yang mesra. Internet di bilik percuma. Namun, lokasi hotel yang agak jauh untuk berjalan kaki dari KL Sentral dan mana-mana tempat kecuali menggunakan kereta. Ruang parkir yang agak sempit untuk bergerak dengan kereta di dalam bangunan parkir.

  hotel ini memberi keselesaan semasa kami menginap disana. Biliknya luas dan membekalkan ameniti yang cukup. Lokasi dekat dengan shopping mall.

  The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping malls, markets etc. Although the hotel is slightly jaded, the room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Checkout was extended to 1pm with no additional charge and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge until late afternoon. The food served in the downstairs bar (near the lobby) was not the best and there was a long wait for the food. The bar had not toilets but the toilets in the lobby were available. These were filthy which was surprising considering however any toilets used by the public were rather off. This was a comfortable hotel and good value for the price paid especially for its location. (5 minutes by taxi from China Town and KL Sentral. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive 3 star hotel close to restaurants and shops, I would recommend this hotel.

  The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!
