I travel for business several weeks a month and always look forward to any chance to stay at this hotel. The service is great, the beds just about guarantee a great night's sleep, if the weather cooperates easy access to a run along Penn's landing and the fitness center, pool and hot tub are lovely.

The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was super clean. However, the room itself seemed to be a lot smaller than it was represented as online. While the staff was helpful, a maid banged on my door early although I had stated I needed a late check out, and the gentleman at the desk checking me in was friendly but seemed a little robotic and […] not genuine. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the hallways to the rooms are very dated....the hallways to the rooms are a crazy labrinth. Although the hotel was nice, not a great value. We selected this hotel in the city because of the pool for my youngest child. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there. This was very disappointing for a seven year old child. Hotel staff was not concerned or apologetic. Very disappointed in the service for the cost of the stay. This is the first time we've stayed in the Sheraton in Philadelphia, and I have to say I was impressed. The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. We were in walking distance from many nice restaurants and bars on 2nd street. I had a great time at the hotel. It was very close to south street about a 5 minute walk and the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room service was delicious. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a more conveniently placed ice machine and/or a fridge in the room.

The hotel was very nice, but our carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed, and the pool, especially the hot tub (which smelled so funky I wouldn't use it), was cloudy. But the location was good and the people were nice. The eating places in the hotel were priced RIDICULOUSLY. Room service had a bagel and coffee for $22. Please.

Lovely hotel. Pool is great and location can't be beat. But why doesn't every hotel offer free wi-fi? It seems outdated not to.

We had a great time. Hotel was very nice. Pool was perfect for our kids. Just wish the beds were queen size and not full. Otherwise we had a great time.

Amazing hotel! Breakfast and snack provided was wonderful and very, very high quality. Walked to lunch and dinner everyday and the walk was wonderful!

From beginning to end the customer servie was above and beyond. All were friendly, willing and able to help. The hotel was as clean as a whistle. Can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Philly. Thanks.

Stayed here for one night, to attend a going away party in the area. You can tell the rooms were recently updated. The beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean and modern. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which was good, but like most hotel buffets, on the pricy side for eggs, and meats, but still good. We live in the tri-state area. We got away for New Year's Eve to see fireworks at Penns landing for the first time and enjoy dinner. The staff was very accommodating. Example: asked for 2 champagne glasses as we checked in. As I closed the door to the room, there was a knock on the door to present the glasses. Great quick service. Valet a bit pricey. Loved the hotel; recently updated and the heated pool was great for our 5 year old twins. My only complaint is the parking costs $38+ per day which is entirely too much. I would recommend this hotel.

Excelent location for highway access to go to Army Navy game. Club level lounge excellent for food and snacks whenever.

Very noisy air conditionning in room 2012; asked for check did not do it. Chose the hotel for pool; very dirty, to much product in there and no place to oblige people to take a shower Taste restaurant, very medium quality for price All in all not good and would NOT recommend

We absolutely loved this hotel! So classy and modern. My only complaint - limited free wifi. Unlimited Free wifi should be a MUST in todays day in age. Also, i wish they offered free breakfast. Beautifully renovated this year and located in the most quiet and lovely historic neighborhood. Convenient to old city, south street, liberty bell and so much more. Will definately be staying here again. It's a well kept secret. A word of advise - look for street parking before agreeing to the mandatory 25$ valet parking.

Loved the location and close proximity to sights. Such a cute little neighborhood; a little difficult to find because it's tucked away, but once I spied it, it was great.

Terrible. Could have bee injured (or killed) when a fight broke out between 2 wedding parties at the hotel that made national news, and left 1 person dead, and seveal injured and arrested.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was super comfortable!! We really enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to lots of bars and restaurants. The only negative was that the room service menu was absurdly overpriced.

A well positioned hotel in the heart of old Philadelphia. It was easy to walk from there to many places of interest, a great city to walk around. The hotel has great amenities. This hotel internet was really choppy. They have a basic charge for $9.99, then a higher priced plan with more bandwidth for $19.95. I selected the latter. But it wasn't fast at all. I used speednet to test the download speed and it was only .93 mbps. I got back from Afghanistan for my R&R early and had to find a place for 3 days until check-in for […] the other hotel was going to stay in I wanted to catch up on some episodes of the series I missed while in Afghanistan.
