"Excellent Hotel"
I was very impressed with everything at this hotel. Unfortunately there were some very loud people partying across the hall from us. And we clearly heard the people in the adjacent room talking (or shouting in Spanish I should say). But noisy neighbors is just a matter of bad luck. Was in town for a company party stayed over night. Hotel is well appointed and the staff is very courtious for sure. Parking isnt bad either. Walking distance to the Nationwide Arena and the Arena District. Would stay again.

"Hyatt Regency in Columbus, OH"
It has a lovely restaurant with unusual foods and flavors. There is also a food court if you prefer fast food fare.

Stayed at the Hyatt while visiting for an Ohio State Football Game. Despite one mixup with the reservation (which the front desk remedied immediately), the stay was flawless. Very large hotel right in the heart of the Arena district. Not close to campus if you are going to a game at OSU, but really a good central location if you don't mind taking a […] short cab ride to wherever you want to go, whether it is German Village or the OSU campus. The room was great, easy check in. Looked amazing. I was every satisfied with the hotel. untill i started to think about it. the room was a resonable price when I booked the room but then I started thinking about the fact that I had to pay to park at the hotel. then wifi wasnt included. that was another 10charge. We went to a concert in downtown Columbus only a block away. Bucca was in the same block which was really great! Very friendly staff, quiet room at the end of a hall. I would definitely stay again!

"Good"
I was pleased with the room and the amenities offered except for the attitude of a couple employees. Most were good and helpful but a couple acted as if It was a bother to help anyone.

"Hyatt Regency Columbus"
I was there for a couple of nights. The hotel was pleasant, the staff accommodating and the room spacious and reasonably quiet. Unfortunately, the air quality was poor. Since this was a non-smoking hotel I was quite surprised by the stale cigarette smell of my room. Housekeeping sent in air freshner, which worked for an hour. I think the filters need […] changing. "Great Hotel, Awesome Location - Parking Issue"
Loved staying here for our Bon Jovi Concert and not having to drive home. Splurged. Was asked if we wanted valet or self park - I opted for self park believing we'd have access to park directly in the next garage attached to the convention center. Was told we had to park at the Chestnut Parking Garage one block south and one block over accessible via […] the commuter overstreet walkways. What a nightmare. Horrible signage if you got lucky enough to find your way. Chestnut Parking advertises themselves as "public parking" yet 75% of the total garage was RESERVED parking with towing enforced. Completely unacceptable. Worky and a nightmare overall. There has to be SOME partnership with the convention center to allow Hyatt patrons to park in their facility lots without the hassle of parking blocks away from a high end hotel. "The Hyatt in Columbus convention center"
I had a corner room where it was very small and a weird shape. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door when we got there. Food was good with exception of the desserts. I stayed at the Renaissance the previous night and thought the room layout was much nicer and brighter.

Regarding the corner room placement you received, please note that there is a large contingent of travelers who actually prefer this type for the room because of the special view it affords. I completely understand that based on the bedroom size you might not find it conducive to your needs. My king room became sold out so I was given a corner king room, it was nice, however the walls were mostly windows and the drapes were see through. I was displeased they did not have a thick blackout curtain.

The panoramic king guestroom you described is very unique, given its wrap-around window design and tends to be very popular based on the breathtaking 180-degree view. My apologies however in your case, as we perhaps could have done a better job in describing its setting prior to assigning the room. I also appreciate your candid input regarding the in-room window shades and have begun evaluating black out drape options to remedy that issue. "The Greater Columbus Convention Center Hyatt"
I've stayed in this hotel several times. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always very professional. The elevators are slow...have always been, but when you aren't in a hurry it really isn't that big of a deal...just plan a few extra minutes wait. I am disappointed that breakfast isn't included since so many of the surrounding hotels to offer […] a complementary breakfast. Dinner was good...dessert was awesome. Overall a great stay. "Great Service"
After having read some of the other reviews of this hotel, I was concerned about the service we would receive. Our experience was far different than many of the reviews. We received excellent service throughout our entire 2 night stay- from the people at the desk to the servers at the restaurant to the maintenance people, everyone went out of their […] way to ensure our stay was wonderful. "Acceptable, but maybe a bit on the expensive side for what you get"
The hotel room & public spaces were acceptably clean. However on the last night housekeeping didn't get around to our room until after 6pm. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Much of the attached spaces for the convention center were under construction/renovation. The hotel charged extra for WiFi access, and even the charges in the business center […] seemed to be a bit on the high side. The room was next to the elevators and their running all the time sounded like jets taking off. The key card system may be a bit dated and needs to be adjusted/replaced. "Nice Hotel, but is it worth it?"
This Hyatt is like any other - very clean, well kept, etc., but unless you book early you will pay through the nose. There is a Crowne Plaza accross the street that I found as convenient, with a bar, a Max & Erma's restaurant, and in room refrigerator for about half the price. My biggest complaint about the Hyatt was that the A/C blew directly on to […] my head as I sat at the desk and worked on the computer. I would recommend this hotel, but only if you get a good price. "Less than great!"
Cranky staff, uncomfortable beds, steep prices, less than clean and an all around UN-Stellar experience.
"Overpriced for a really small room!"
Our room was triangular, which made it very small and very cramped. There was mold around the inside sink rim. No fitted sheets, which meant the sheets rode up in the middle of the night. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:15, and again at 10:30. Perhaps the response of "No, Thank You" at 9:30 wasn't sufficient to make them believe they should wait […] until check-out. The staff questioned our valet parking payment, (made in cash)twice....the first time was OK, since we were checking in, at checkout, the person asked, very suspiciously, who exactly we paid. I thought they should have marked us "Paid" at check-in, since we showed receipt, and not treated us like we were trying to rip them off for such a small amount after we spent a lot of money a night on a room. Customer service at the desk was truly lacking. The best service came from the valet parking, very polite and very informative, but they should be wary of encouraging taxi travel (fine going, a nightmare returning). Of course, the bartenders were also very nice. If I only needed someone to park my car and serve a drink this would have been perfect! Baca selanjutnya

Only complication was that the room initially provided was incorrect (double instead of king). But it was fixed courteously and promptly. Best in-room service hotel food I've had.

"Could this have been layed out any more confusing?"
This place just seems like they have added on again and again without considering the overall layout. The elevators were slow and we took the stairs a lot. And I've never paid for internet, but this is the first hotel that was trying to charge for it. Other than that, it was a great hotel catered more for business than family.

Booked 2 nights at the hotel. Looked nice, until we got to the room. It looked outdated and smelled like old stale smoke. The check-in staff was rude and the room wasn't fully cleaned! FOUND OUR BEST PRICE THRU HOTELS.COM.....IT WAS ABOUT A 25% DISCOUNT. THE HOTEL IS ATTACHED BY A CATWLK TO THE CONVENTION CENTER, OTHER HOTELS, RESTUARANTS, AND THE RITZ CARLTON. ITS RIGHT DOWNTOWN, IN A SURPISINGLY BEAUTIFUL, COSMOPOLITAIN CITY CENTER.

I would recommend the hotel based on the location and convenience to the venue we were attending however; from the photo's and the Hyatt name and reputation I expected cleaner accomodations,(there were actually leaves and hair in our room) the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning, the hotel maid staff leave soiled sheets in the hallways on the […] floors which is some serious cross contamination, and dishware as well sits on the hall floors.
