This was a great rate in a convenient location for access to all areas of Charleston. I was in town researching wedding venues that were in and around the Charleston area and no location took more than 25 minutes to get to. Also, the airport shuttle service was very prompt. hotel vans blocked the check-in area. room was small for the price, i've stay in the cheaper hotels and the rooms were just as big and just as clean. had what looked like dog hair in the room. hot water in the shower did not last very long and was not very hot. hotel located near industrial area.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I told the management just that. There was a big stain in the middle of the bed sheet. The whole hotel is old and in need of renovation. Towels were garbage. Even the pictures on the wall were tilted.

This was a very comfortable hotel. One of the best beds I ever encountered. I really liked it. I parked here for free while I flew to Boston and then came back and picked up my car. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at the Sheraton. Our show was at the Convention center. This was about a 5 min. drive to there. We saved about 30% by staying at the Sheraton. Our room was great, spacious and clean. We would stay there again!

Changed rooms immediately due to an unbearable smell in the room. Rooms were musty, and in need of a good cleaning and we were at Club level. Overpriced, and the area was sketchy. Great view of the lower roof, dumpster and run down parking lot. Will not stay here again.

We stayed there when my mother passed away for a total of 6 nights. Everyone from Siera to Carlos at the restaurant ,the sweet lady at the front desk and Matt from Texas-they were all so friendly and made the experience so wonderful. Next time we are in Charleston,we will plan on staying there. A

For the location and amenities, I will stay again. I will certainly say that the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The indoor pool is large, and the no-fee pet friendly environment make up for the white goo sprayed all over the curtains, stained carpet, and markings on the walls. I consider it a hotel for my dog, that we can tolerate […] rather than a hotel for us that we bring our dog to.....tolerable...not great. The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. My wife and I arrived at the Charleston Airport around midnight. We called the Sheraton and the shuttle was sent right away to pick us up. Due to the lateness of the hour, our dining options were seriously limited. However, on the way to the Sheraton, the shuttle driver took us to a nearby Waffle House and actually waited for us while our food was being […] prepared. The driver was a life saver, because we were really famished after a very long day of travel from the West Coast. Our actual stay at the hotel was just what we've come to expect with Sheraton (which is why we booked there). The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The staff were more than helpful with our requests the following morning prior to our departure. This will definitely NOT be our last stay at a Sheraton. In fact, we will most likely stay at this VERY Sheraton during our next visit to Charleston when we actually spend time enjoying the city. Baca selanjutnya

Beds were clean but the rugs in the rooms were very dirty and need to be replaced. So does the furniture in the room. The rooms in this hotel need a better up keep.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was great at check-in. I did use the fitness facility. The Nautalius machine was broken. I also had trouble with the WIFI Signal. It had one but it was weak. The hotel's room was adequate and comfortable, however for the price I paid it was a bit steep for the value. I tipped the room service and housekeeper well ( $5 ea. day) I ordered room serive the last night and specifically listed the condiments I wanted for my sandwich & fries. When the order was delivered the condiments were missing (ketchup for […] the Fries should be automatic, right?), After I called Room service back, I was told that they would have them delivered when the room service comes back, well they never came back...One morning the commode had urine stains under the seat which had not been cleaned. Lobby and club lounge were clean and staff very helpful. As for my room, not so clean. Upon arrival my room still had dirty cups from previous guest and the walls were dirty. The room could have used a deep cleaning.

The pool area is very nice! The hotel is very close to the airport, and has a great shuttle service that will take you within 3 miles anytime for free, and daily shuttles to downtown Charleston. On 20 October, Saturday, I left the room about 11:30 AM and took the "quiet..." off the knob on the hallway side of the door and placed it back on the inside. I returned about 4:00 PM and the room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the soiled towers were where I had left them, on the floor of the bathroom. Before we left for dinner, my room […] mate called down and asked that towers be brought up. We could live without the bed being made or the trash being emptied. We returned around 9:30ish only to discover the staff had taken both sets of soiled towels, but had only left one set of clean towels? No bathmat? Needless to say, my room mate was unset and wanted to call the staff. Hotel is conveninet to the airport, but it has seen better days. Carpet in room was frayed and pulling away from the edges of the room. Just not what you expect from Sheraton.

Very pleasant, and the driver went above and beyond to help the guests have an enjoyable stay by providing rides to restaurants, airport rides and shopping. Well done!

Nice hotel, very good location. Easy to find. Hotel is obviously an older one, but sometimes these have their own charms, as was the case here. Beautiful lobby, bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient location for what we wanted to do while in the Charleston area. Adequate restaurants nearby and the outlets were fun. The room was pleasant although it did not have a refrigerator and the hotel corridors need attention. Exercise room was a plus.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights while our house was being remodeled. It was much nicer than I expected for the price. We had booked through the iPhone app and got additional savings. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the condition of the hotel was top notch. Would definitely recommend to others.

Each time I go to Charleston on business, I stay at the sheraton. This will be the last time. The hotel needs a complete rehab.

Convenient location and reasonable rate, but needs some maintenance/upgrades. It has a great pool that we enjoyed and the room was fine. The rooms/hallways etc. need to be remodeled. Tile cracked and dirty, rust in places, etc.

Outside is a little run down, but the inside seems to have been recently redone. Really the only complaint I have is that there wasn't a fridge or microwave.

Hotel is a bit dated, though it did have real high speed wireless service. Rooms were a bit cramped, especially with 2 queen beds, and the hallways looked like they needed some updating (paint, carpet, etc). When we arrived we were told that we had reserved a club room that included free drinks and breakfast, but they were overbooked on that floor, […] so they gave us a different room, without the drinks and without the breakfast, and for no discount. In fact, no reason for the overbooking was given, nor was any offer to make up for the smaller room. That was disappointing to say the least. We picked this hotel mainly for the pet friendliness and the location, but likely won't stay here again. Baca selanjutnya

Clean. Very nice pool area and fitness room. Has a bar also. Stayed here for one night prior to leaving for cruise. They kept my car for free while I was gone. Shuttle to port was $10 per person. Took taxi back which costs about $22 as the shuttle does not run round trip. Good bargain!
