"Never again"
I stay at the hotels on Rockside road monthly for work. I thought I would try this Holiday Inn and regret it. The customer service was non-existent. The main entry doors didn't work. The staff seemed to not care about anything. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one just sticks out as the worst. "My hotel stay"
The hotel was beautiful and convenient. We were five minutes from anywhere. Great location for easy access and anything fun. Staff was top notch and the pool was cool!
"Awesome place to stay"
Not too far away from the city, but very affordable and best Holiday Inn location I have been in. If I have to say something bad, it was that I got in late and the bar/restaurant stopped serving food at 10pm. Was not a big deal, but was the only negative I could think of. Other than that, staff was wonderful and friendly.

"Very good, except the business center"
This hotel was great - great location, clean, well-appointed room, no problems at all. Except for the business center, which only had one computer in it and that could not access my Yahoo mail because of set restrictions. I had just been in a smaller, dumpier Days Inn a few days earlier and even it had 2 computers in its business center from which I […] was able to access my Yahoo account! I complained but I don't think there was much staff could do, especially on a weekend. It's probably something they contract out. So bring your own computer! Otherwise, it was fine. Baca selanjutnya

"Great room for the money"
The hotel is very easy to find in this big city, and close to restaurants you know by name. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant gives value for the dollar. The front desk staff is very helpful with printed directions that are easy to follow. If you have no plans for late night there is music and dancing in the club.

The room is very nice, but it could be much better for the price that they are charging

"Comfortable, but Thin Walls."
Don't be fooled by the outdated 70's facade, inside the hotel it's modern and in good shape. Check In - the girl didn't seem to want to be there but I didn't have any hassles. Room - In good shape. Nice flat screen tv. Only problem is that the walls were paper thin. I heard EVERYTHING going on in the hall as if there were no walls at all. Room Service […] - The burger contents were good, but the bread was totally stale. I was starving (having driven 500 miles without a break) so didn't want to wait. They rang and ensured that I was enjoying my food,a nd offered to replace it when I complained. I declined but privately resented having to pay 18% gratuity when the bread was stale, HOWEVER - they removed the burger from my bill. I really appreciated this. Breakfast - good. The hotel staff was friendly. Our room and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. The king-sized bed was pillow=topped and very comfortable. WiFi was easily accessible. Overall a great room for the price. We couldn't be happier.

The hotel was great, the workers were very helpful with everything. They had directions on hand for any place that you wanted to go too, ie "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame". Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

"dicht bij uitvalswegen dichtbij Cleveland"
Hotel wordt momenteel opgeknapt, maar daar merk je als gast weinig van. Goed kamers, prima ligging aan grote weg met genoeg ketens om te kunnen eten. Dicht tegen Cleveland aan en dichtbij de mooie natuur. Ruime badkamer, goede bedden.
