Conveniently located for the airport, excellent reception staff, modern comfortable rooms. Quite easy to travel to the centre of Lisbon via Metro. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are small, even for European standards, and the queen sized bed is really a large full. Internet outside the common areas was hit or miss, mostly miss. Service depended on whether I asked or if my daughter asked. I got excellent service, she - not so good. Excellent hotel! The room was beautiful, big, and comfortable. It was just an overnight stay because we're flying home the next day, so we didn't really checked the neighborhood. We asked if there was a good restaurant nearby and the staff said that we'd have to go downtown for dinner. The hotel was quite nice and the staff was excellent, kind, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is not located in city center HOWEVER is located meters from the Campo Grande metro which provides excellent and affordable access to the airport and the downtown area, and other locations.

Arrived about 10 AM after flight from Toronto. A good upgraded room was provided right away as they had rooms available. Great sleep to combat the Jet Lag. We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast before leaving the next day for our rental car and driving holiday.

I would like to offer the following feedback: 1. The pillows were very old and hard. 2. I would be nice to have an airport pickup. We took a taxi and he charged us 24 Euros for a 2 mile ride. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking perfect english. I asked where I could do some shoppping, I was given a metro map (train) and clear instructions where to find the station and where to go. The hotel also offers a free shuttle ride to the airport.

The hotel itself was very clean, well run and comfortable. We rented because it was closest to the airport but the Marriott was only a few minutes further away and an excellent, superior hotel. This hotel is located close to the airport and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel shuttle service only runs until about 11:00 am which isn't ideal but a taxi is relatively inexpensive. Check in was slow, but otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Lisbon. I was in Portugal traveling for business. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the airport shuttle because it does not pick up from the airport, and it starts taking guests to the airport at 6:00 AM, and my flight was at 6:00 AM so I had to leave before then. However, […] there was a taxi there even at 4:15 AM, so it was no problem. Also, I forgot to get more Euros, and didn't have enough for the taxi ride, but the hotel manager was great - he let me add the taxi fare to my bill, and then paid the taxi driver directly, so I didn't have to go find cash before my ride. That, I thought, was really awesome. Not so awesome - internet didn't work all night, but I did notice that it was working in the morning. I have stayed here once before. It a comfortable hotel. Good ameneties and friendly staff. Not much in immediate surroundings but its a short taxi ride to the centre of town or there is a metro stop nearby which I have used and its very easy to get into town. Very close to airport which was fine for me as I arrived late.

Only stayed a quick visit- free shuttle was a big plus for our a.m. flights. Not the best location if you are planning on touring the downtown area, but perfectly convenient to the airport Friendly staff gave great local recommendations and able to provide quick service. We stayed for one night before departing from Lisbon airport - something we have done on several occasions. The hotel is very conveniently situated and at a good rate. Shuttle service is also available although we didn't use it. There is a good connection to downtown Lisbon via Metro. The station, Campo Grande, is ca. 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We stayed here in between being in Madeira and returning to Boston. Its an easy convenient location if you want to be near the airport, train station and bus stops. However, if you want to be near the tourist area I'd chose a different hotel.

We picked this hotel due to it's convenience to airport and also because they offered "complimentary shuttle to airport". Only to find out that the shuttle to airport is only offered to airport, not pick you up from airport. We took a taxi for 10 Euro. Also once we got to the hotel at 2:00pm we wanted to schedule our shuttle to airport the next day […] only to find out they only go every hour and they are limited number of seats. Our time slot was already booked! I informed them that that was one of the main reasons I picked that hotel and they said they would put me on the standby list. Hotel was a short taxi ride from the airport. Staff was very nice and check in was quick and easy. Room was a good size for my husband and I. Luckily, we didn't have large suitcases with us, otherwise we would have been tripping over our things all the time. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu on our way home, on the night before our flight from Lisbon. We arrived in Lisbon by bus. The hotel is very close to both the bus terminal and the airport.
