Front Desk the lady was exceptional, Quick & Friendly checkin, When arriving to the room I was thrilled it was beyond clean, very modern, soft bed, new plasmas, had a nice patio, their food was good, also they had a great herbal spa right across the street best in Ohio had a great pedi/mani, Can't say enough most hotels have been older and outdated […] on Bed Bug Registries scared too stay most places nowadays, sooooo this was a treat and a big big thumbs up, If you stay anywhere in Akron stay here you won't be disappointed! "Good stay"
Other than the hotel being hit by lighting, our stay was very nice. The hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned because it was a green color the whole week we were there. Swimming pool was nice and clean though. The kids said the pool was a nice temperature to swim in.

Clean, Friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to freeway - a bit noisy. Hamptons are my favorite hotel as you know what to expect.

We stayed for 43nights from Sept 8 to Sept 11. I have stayed in a lots of hotels and this rated as one of the very best. The lady who tended the breakfast bar was incredible. There was always plenty of hot, fresh food and fruit. The staff was wonderful, they went out of their way to make the 4 of us women comfortable. The pool was clean and had a good […] supply of towels. We would stop there in a heartbeat if we traveled that way again. Super job, you all deserve kudos. Thanks for such a nice stay! "Akron"
Chose this as it is close to Cuyohoga Falls National Park. Concert at Blossom Music Center. CLean and very comfy hotel. Great breakfast until 10am and check out at noon. Very nice!
"Hampton Inn Akron Fairlawn"
Everything was great about the service and the room. I was extremely disappointed at the cleanliness of the whirlpool at 8 am in the morning. I can't believe it could have gotten that dirty in only 2 hours of use, especially on New Year's Day morning when most guests weren't stirring until later in the morning.
