Clean hotel, with a decent breakfast spread. Large room but the bed is too fim for my liking. Wifi is decent (but only one device at a time) and chargeable. Located across the street from a large mall. Close to MG road.

Carpets in hallway can use some deep cleaning and the walls need a fresh coat of paint to hide watermarks. Of the three remote controls in the room (TV, Cable & DVD player) two had dead batteries. The image quality on the television was horrid with a lot of snow. After I complained 2 times this got fixed with the help of a technician. Nice boutique hotel, simple yet comfortable rooms, good restaurant. Although the hotel seemed to be favoured by executives, I would recommend it to couples or single travellers. The delivery […] from the i-Bar took up to 20 minutes and that is a bit too long. But compliments to Bawan and the team in the restaurant. Chef's menu is an adventurous combination of flavors and the chili cocktails in particular are really good. If I can also make a suggestion for improvement - make the pricing of transport to the airport cheaper and more affordable, 2500 is 4 times what a taxi should cost and that is prohibitive. Overall it was a very comfortable stay but the hotel is looking a little worn out from the outside. The gym is underground so a little stifling but my biggest gripe is the cost of internet access. great deal from hotels .com .I am very satisfied with this deal . Even though i was aware of this hotel at this prime location I did not expect to stay in this hotel at this rate .The interiors were lean even though the external facade needs a coat of paint .Service was good as well as the food .Overall a pleasant stay .Thanks to Hotels.com

Room looks old and dark. Bed is not confortable. Bathroom is run down with meldow on ceiling. Internet is chargtanble and keeps dropping. Breakfast is basic. Staff are not knowledgable (they told a colleague looking for me that I do not exist in their system). The bar is more of a lounge atmospher and does not even have bar stools. They had a 50% off […] drinks one night, but deal was not included outdoor and one has to sit though the lound music noise indoors. Not a good experience and will not come back Baca selanjutnya

A Stylish boutique hotel on the central M.G Road offering great service and a convenient location. The bedrooms are decked out with metal 4 poster beds, vibrant furnishings and the bathrooms offer a power shower over the bath and a magnifying mirror. My only criticism is the music from the bar is too noisy for guests wanting to sleep who are staying on the same side of the hotel. That said, The Park chain is known for it's party hotel atmosphere and many guests may choose it for the nightlife. Most of what I have to say about this hotel is great. The staff was excellent, and very responsive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurants were great. However, we stayed there over a weekend, and on Saturday night (I think it was Saturday, it might have been Friday though) the hotel hosted a DJ and party down by the pool area. This […] brought a TON of people onto the premises, and created a noise level that prevented sleep. We had plans for early the next morning, so this was particularly annoying. The rooms are good and addequately sized for a city hotel (despite what some reviews say). Decent multiregion DVD player and TV, great pool side bar (including ourdoor projection screen over the pool with gazebos to watch from) and excellent local and international food. However, watch out for the extras- a small 1l bottle of water is about 5 times […] what i would expect in London (they claim the cheaper ones are "out of stock" unless pushed and will insist on selling you the evian), beers and other drinks are similarly overpriced. To begin with, it is very clear that the star rating process for India is not the same as the US. 4.5 in India must equate about 2.5 or less in the US. The hotel looks very nice and the lobby is well maintained however, the room is extremely small, decorated with gaudy rubbish from the 80's. The package I ordered was not what I received (there was […] no free internet and they tried to charge me for the airport pickup and drop off) The complementary breakfast (which I did not want) was not ready till 9:00am (my flight was at 7:00am) I even got harrased about getting one of the hand towels dirty (wiping the dirt off my shoes is not acceptable) and they made me pay for the towel. i found the staff to be rude and condescending. The hotel was neat and furnished nicely. This isn't a huge hotel and the lobby was a little underwhelming. I came back to the Park after a break of some 4 years. I was delighted that it was as just as good as my last visit despite so many changes in Bangalore. Will keep coming back.

Excellent friendly helpful service at all levels. Food good but somewhat expensive. Pick-up service at airport at Rs 2500 far too much. Decent taxi costs less than a third. Car rental through hotel costs double normal rate.

The paint was a bit patchy and bathroom a bit dirty so they moved me to a new room which was much better (except on a smoking floor). If they maintained better it would be a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, quick and efficient service. Food was excellent.
