The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!

"Convenient location but toilet needs updated"
The location is excellent opposite to many mega malls and monorail. The services are of high quality and we got complimentary breafast instead of room upgrade. So good. However, the washroom needs some update as there are stains on tiles and mirror.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel: excellent service, convenient location, beautiful room, nice pool, good breakfast, pleasant spa, good gym... Highly recommended!

"What to expect from JW Marriott KL"
Hotel location is great to access the main attractions in KL. The hotel has a fancy feel to it and is in good condition and maintenance. The room is a bit on the small side, although nothing out of the ordinary. For the price, would have been a nice gesture to offer guests to free beverages from the minibar, but no. Love the swimming pool. It’s a good […] size for lap swim, nicely landscaped on the roof top and is well maintained. Breakfast buffet was outrageously pricey, so we went out for food instead. "Good location Hotel surrounding with shopping mall"
Location is very good near to many shopping centre & Food courts. Hotel Service is good. Room is a bit small but very comfortable. But car dropping off area is so narrow and very congested. I like the hotel I will stay for my next visit.

"JW Marriott is a fresh, classic style hotel"
The hotel is just as one would expect an excellent 5 star to be, done up in a classic style that is very tasteful. Food was very good. Its in the center of the main area that is called golden triangle, opposite Pavilion mall and close to many other shops, restaurants and malls. Its about a 5 min cab ride to the Petronas towers. "Beautiful hotel in fabulous location"
The hotel was gorgeous and very well situated! The only criticism is that the swimming pool was closed due to private functions for the 3 days that we were there. We weren't informed of this at reception and found a letter in the room to say that we couldn't use the swimming pool. When we enquired about it, we were advised that the swimming pool in […] a nearby hotel was available for us, but this wasn't stated in the initial letter and when we found out it was too late as we were leaving the next day. "perfecte service, prima lokatie"
heel goede kamers en prima service. Ik ben al 3 keer in dit hotel geweest en zoek geen ander hotel in KL . Ben zeer tevreden.
