I felt at home as the staff greeted me with a warm smile every morning. I thought the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping seemed overzealous to me, everytime I get back my room is all cleaned up. I wish they'd let me have the option of not having my towels replaced. The elevator and A/C has seen better days though. I definitely will stay here again.

"Clean, comfortable... but noisy"
I loved the location and hotel in general. Staff was very helpful. Eggs Benedict ordered from room service was less than expected but not horrible. Room service fees seemed a bit more than usual. Why not disclose this up front? Also, the drain in our room was making LOUD gurgling noises nearly ALL NIGHT and kept waking us. Every time a toilet flushed […] we could clearly hear it. I wish there was something to alleviate this issue as I am generally not a light sleeper and would imagine anyone who is would have an even harder time sleeping... "Great hotel in perfect shopping location"
Great experience, but we were suprised that it was hard to find toilet paper!! There is no bar on the wall for it and it was hidden behind towels under the sink! Weird. ALso, there was only sugar/creme for 1, not two... and they knew 2 were coming. Other than that, great stay!Ulasan tetamu Expedia yang asli
