For the price good place to stay. Pet friendly but $25 a night is expensive. You can find other hotels with no pet charges

I checked in and the employees there were nice and helpful even though they all were on their personal cell phones when i saw them. They gave me 2 full size beds when I asked for 1 queen size the room smelled funny their were dead roaches in the kitchen and live ones crawling around. The room had no trash bags in any trash can and their outside door […] on the side of the building didn't lock. The room also seemed old and outdated. Look somewhere else before booking here. The staff was nice. The hotel is in need of upgrades.

I could not stay the second night because of how dirty the room was. There were hairs on the sink and the toilet, dirt and dust that looked like it was there for over a month. Bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. No maid service...i think the front desk clerk does the cleaning and laundry on his breaks. you would not think the rooms were so bad in a nice […] location and the appearance of the hotel from the outside. This is by far the best hotel room I have stayed in for the price. The kitchenette had a full size refrigerator with an ice maker. No running for ice. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Great Job!!!

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and very friendly, made us fell right at home. I will stay with them again.

Making reservations was easy, and I found it extremely convient to the business I was in Plano to transact.

I dont think I would stay here again. It's just ok. I know there are smoking rooms in this hotel but dont think its smart they put them towards the front. It smelled as I was walking back to my nonsmoking room. I booked a queen room but I dont think that was a queen bed, it looked really small. Everything was ok. Had trouble getting my room cleaned. Mine was skipped. It got resolved in the end.

The WHOLE hotel smelled like fried food, guess that is because each room has a stove in it, but it was overwhelming. The caprets could use a good cleaning. The maid service could do a better job of preparing the room(Shower curtain had mold on it...had it changed). Night Staff was really nice. Great location in Plano, just was not as nice as the area […] that the hotel is located in. Would only reccommend if there is NOTHING else was available. The customer service was nice rooms was clean ,but need furniture & T.V. upgrade bed was a little to stiff. The location is great.

Homestead Dallas Plano. The staff was courteous and professional. The entire motel smelled like smoke, musty and dried. The room was not acceptable, dirty, and needed a through cleaning. No soap, towels paper thin, dust everywhere. Bathroom filty. We arrrived mid afternoon, dropped luggage and returned at 10 PM. Had to personally clean bathroom before […] going to bed. Fortunately we had a bar soap in our toiletries. Asked for room to be cleaned the next day as it was unacceptable. Offered to move to another room. Contenintal breakfast was poor. A Bowl of Apples, A carafe of coffee Thats it. Room was to have set u for 2 on dishes, flatware,etc. The only "2" were cups for coffee. This motel is in center of Plano in excellent neighborhood sourrounded by other big name motels. We would never stay here again Baca selanjutnya

They put us in a handicapped room because that was all that was available. I requested a double bed and we had one bed and a pull out couch. The staff was nice, but the room was not all that great. But, you get what you pay for.

front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. room was dingy. looked and smelled like a worn out college dorm. after a long night of travleing on the road i was looking foward to a clean bed and a good nights rest. to our suprise the bed was not made and looked as if someone just got out of it. the front desk immediatly found us another room and gave […] us free internet service for the price. to be honest- i would definatly shop around for a diffent hotel the next time im in the area. and besides- saving money is more than price but value. no value in a old worn out room with a cockroach in it. We arrived and our room was 55 degrees!!! Actual, on the thermostat 55 degrees! We immediately turned on the heater in Plano TX in August and got under a blanket since we(wife & I) were both in shorts. After the room warmed, half the floor was then soaked from melting ice, so anything on the floor got wet. We wanted to make coffee in the supplied coffee […] pot but never found any filters, when we asked at the desk they looked at me like I had found gold in the room, "You have a coffee pot?" yes, in our "fully stocked" kitchen we found the coffee pot. We then had to go to the store and by filters. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like we had booked after poker night with the boys. Staff was very helpful when key did not work, and let us stay at the pool an extra hour with the kids. Very friendly!
