The Bankenviertel near the main train station has the offices of many financial institutions, most of the city's hotels, and a small red light district on Taunus Strasse. The Opera House and Schauspiel theatre are on Willy-Brandt-Platz and the English Theatre is on Kaiser Strasse. Of the numerous skyscrapers, the most famous are the Silver Tower, the Gallileo, and the city's tallest building, the Commerzbank Tower on Kaiser Platz.

"decent near train station, 20 min walk to touristy"
I'm an SPG points junky and usually stay in the Westin in Frankfurt for work but this was a nice functional hotel with really nice staff. Concierge booked us a great restaurant and was very helpful to my friend who had never been before and wanted to sightsee. The 2 twin beds room was more like a suite and very spacious. Restaurant for dinner was good. […] You have to pay for wireless, but there is a business ctr with free internet. It is close to train station, but a 20 minute walk to all touristy things. "Renovated Old Hotel"
The entrance is not inspiring but my room was newly renovated with all comforts. Hotel location is great just across the main railroad station what is a convenient place to reach any part of the city as Frankfurt has an amazing public transportation network. I would have given the hotel a higher general satisfaction rate 4 instead of 3, if it were […] not for this: In a business hotel I really dislike when the internet is not included in the rate, specially when it so expensive US26+ per day... or per hour or per some other criteria that usually do not fit your needs. We stayed in the modern wing and were pleased with the rooms accomodations. Good location - close to the River Main and reasonable walking distance to city sites. Don't let the proximity (2 blocks) from train station scare you off. This is a nicely appointed full service business hotel.
"so-so"
The hotel rooms are nice, in a good location but the breakfast is 27 euros which is ridiculous! Also when I asked for a 1 hour delay in check out they said it would be 20 euros extra per hour. Not very nice. Also the water in the shower ran hot/cold.

Very nice overall. THe staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was good, albeit expensive. Rooms were nicely kept, though my carpet could have used a cleaning.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Metro. Hotel is well maintained and well kept. My only complaint is that I had two twin sized the beds. I have not slept in a twin sized bed

"Outstanding Hotel"
The service was friendly and first-rate all around (concierge, check-in staff, etc.). The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the train station; hence, it is very convenient. The immediate area (i.e. near the train station) is not all that pleasant (areas near train stations usually are not); however, a short work to the south and you are right on […] the bank of the Main River with lovely views of the Altstadt. "Big pictures, tiny rooms"
This hotel does not live up to the LeMeridien standard. Tiny rooms were decorated like a cheap motel. When Internet connection problems were encountered a less-than-helpful staff member feined any knowledge. The Casablanca Bar is a plus, but the signature restaurant closed at 9:30, sending me in search of fast food. This is really a great hotel. It is very beautiful, fantastic decor, fantastic architecture, great room sizes. The staff was so helpful and nice!! I was a little concerned about the location when I booked it because it is by the train station (very convenient easy walk with luggage), but don't be concerned!! The location is really great! You can easily […] walk to the river and the old town city center and other places. This hotel's location is in a little plaza and the surrounding area is great for everything I saw. ホテルはフランクフルトの駅近くで便利でも静かで落ち着きます。 何より有り難いのはスタッフのホスピタリティ。 ドイツ人とは思えないほど（失礼！）フレンドリーで 感じの良い人たちばかりです。 フランクフルトに行っても癒されたい人にお勧めです。 もちろん街の中心に近く観光スポットへのアクセスもいいですけど。
"旧館は外壁工事中で足場や作業員に見られカーテン開けられず"
朝も7時から、昼間も、部屋にいる方は、旧館は外壁の工事中で、足場が作られ、外は見えない状態。更に、朝7時から作業もはじまるため、カーテンを開けていると男性土木作業員に凝視されます。よって、夜まではカーテンも開けられず、5つ星ホテル、名門といえど、契約違反です。外壁工事が終わるまではお奨めできません。外壁工事をしていることを表示していないサイトにも問題。
"中央駅から近く快適"
バスタブが付いているのでこのホテルを選んだ。 駅から近く、治安についても気にならなかった。 部屋の配置にもよるだろうが、夜も静かだった。 ひとつ気になったことは、ベッドの枕に自分たち以外の髪の毛が数本ついている日があったこと。 全体的には清潔な感じで、ドライヤーが壊れた時もすぐに対応してくれたので、不満はない。 朝食はあまりに高いので、ホテルでは食べなかったが、駅でいろいろと買えるので困らなかった。

"Prestations non dignes d'un hotel de cette catégorie"
Hammam et sauna fermés le dimanche sans prévenir. Pas de wifi dans la chambre Wifi dans le hall payant 10€/2h !! lavabo fonctionnant mal minibar avec peu de choix etc...
