lplace was clean, small pool. not a good varity of breakfast but ok. room was clean.

Here on business. Broad St took me right downtown without any problems. All staff was friendly. Bldg and room were clean and well kept. Plus I had the convenience of coffee and continental breakfast. Pool was nice and warm, although I didn't have time to use. Felt very safe here. Will stay again next time in Columbus.

Stayed here overnight during our drive to another destination. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. We really loved the bathroom, which had late model upgrades. Even the towels were in a sleek, modern mahogany wood square design. The bed and TV were both fine. The only downside is that the walls are thin. You can […] easily hear people in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. Front desk staff was quick and professional. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, eggs, sausage. perfect location ...minutes from Downtown. positioned amongst many restuarants and retail establishments...Great price....

The hotel was good for the price. It is not too far to get into the city but way less expensive than staying downtown. The surrounding area is a bit run-down.

Stayed in this hotel over St. Patrick's day weekend. Was not impressed when checking in. Room was nice, clean, updated. Walls are *really* thin though - both days I could hear people talking in the hall or out in the parking lot. Sounded like one woman was standing next to the bed as she carried on a long conversation.

It was a nice hotel to stay at but the 3rd floor smelled bad like cigarette smoke. Our room of course had to be on the 3rd floor where it smelled the worst at. Our room did not smell like smoke. thank goodness! Our room was nice and clean and bathroom was also nice too! We enjoyed swimming in the pool there also! Immediatley off of 270. Five minute drive to downtown Columbus. Shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast was decent. Room was very nice.

Very nice place to stay with friendly staff.

The person at the desk was very helpful and the room must have recently been remodeled. It was very comfortable, clean and stylish, with a modern bathroom.

Didn't expect what i got from this hotel before i arrived but everything was great to check in to check out 5 stars for me.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom was nicer than mine at home! But the heater seat off the fire alarm, and aparently the housekeeping staff doesn't understand what the meaning of the DO NOT DISTURB signs are. They woke me up several times, which is NOT tolerable to me since I work night shift. Then I got a call from the front desk waking me up again […] to see if I was checking out because they messed up my reservation. I would stay at a hole in the wall place if the staff was awesome. I booked this hotel due to it's close location to the convention I was attending and I got a great deal for the room. I do go for the saying 'you get what you paid for' when it comes to hotel rooms but I was pleasantly very happy with my stay. My room was clean and comfortable for my one night stay, close to some shopping and restaurants, only about […] 10-15 mins from the city. The only small complaint I had was that the bath towels were rough and scratchy and the guy at the front desk didn't realize what a name change card was but overall if I had to visit Columbus again I'd definitely consider staying here again. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn--Columbus for a weekend in the city. Location was fine; just a 10 minute drive to city centre. Ample parking available. Facility was clean, modern. Check in was efficient and uneventful. Room was very clean, spacious. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and their breakfast was good. There is nothing negative that I could say about this hotel. I just hope they keep up the good work.

This Red Roof Inn is very close to the freeway. There's plenty of eateries and stores in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. They also appeared to be recently renovated. Definitely a notch above your standard Motel 6 decor. They have a pretty decent breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, and biscuits […] & gravy. They also have a small indoor swimming pool. Prices were very affordable. Overall a good value for the money. Breakfast a little weak but adequate. No maid service on Sunday. Put the "maid service please" hanger on the door when I left the hotel at 11:45 a.m. Got back about 9:00 p.m. and the hanger was still on the door and the room was not cleaned. I planned an early departure the next day so I decided to wait until check […] out to let the front desk know that the room was not cleaned. Went to the front desk at 4:45 a.m. the next morning but no one was there. The phone at the desk was ringing but no showed up to answer it. The room was recently updated, granite counter tops and all. Very clean. Service at the desk could have been better. I would stay there again.

We've reserved 2 queen beds room - for us and two kids. When we got to the room there were towels for 3 people. I went back to the reception to ask for towels and was treated like I was going to steal the towels. Really rude. I asked about the breakfast and was told there are eggs, pastry etc. When we got downstairs there was no eggs or any other protein. […] When I asked about it I was rudely ignored. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable for one night stay, I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night stay and know that you will be treated rudely by the staff. I booked at this hotel based on the generally good reviews, the location, and the price. I checked in on a Friday night, and immediately found two TICKS in the room. Due to several different large events in the area over the weekend, I knew that it would be very difficult to find another place to stay. I also knew my hotel was completely booked, and […] due to my own business activities, I had no time to execute a search for another hotel. So, I did a thorough search for any other "guests" in my room and could find none. I awoke the next moring to a commotion in the room across the hall, and overheard those guests conversing about insects in their room as they stormed down the hall to check out and complain to the management. In my room, all seemed well until I found a bedbug in my bed the following morning! As I was checking out that day, there was really nothing I could do, but I did inform the desk clerk of this fact upon checking out. His reaction as he said "I'm sorry, sir", was the same as if I would have informed him that I thought the soaps in the room were too small: he obviously didn't care, and it looked as if he was getting tired of hearing that same complaint. He made no effort to address the situation or offer compansation in any way. I will NEVER stay at this or ANY other Red Roof Inn again... Baca selanjutnya

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Im not sure if they recently upgraded or remodeled but it was georgeous. I fell in love with the bathroom complete with granite counter tops and shower. The house keepers were very kind and helpful. I would have paid double the price... It was worth it!!!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness!!! I am particular about the places I stay while on vacation and this Hotel ranks very high on my list. Not a lot of options at breakfast but cleanliness, professionalism and service were excellent!!!!

We arrived at the hotel and the staff was pretty friendly. It seemed like a decent hotel. Clean, fancier decor, everything was in good shape. The hotel was about the nicest and quietest that I have been in, I really liked the set up of the rooms, that the bathroom was not back to back with other rooms. I have been in other hotels and with these being on same walls you heard everything, really sound proof rooms, liked them very much A couple of complaints 1 is we were not told about the fitness […] facilites, usually you have to pay more for that service, we recently joined weight watchers and it was raining every day it would have been nice to know, I happened to see it when the grand children were in the pool on the last day of our stay, it still today has me upset. this is an ex holiday inn express and a red roof label does not do the rooms, pool and fitness centre justice. the reception and hallways are not inviting but the rooms are extremely well appointed and spotless as is the rest of the hotel, small pool was warm and breakfast good. The room was very clean and the bathrooms look pretty upscale with the granite surrounds. My only complaint was with the continental breakfast. They had an area for hot food but there was none. They didn't offer any fresh fruit either. But other than that a good stay for the money spent.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities that I needed (fridge and microwave). The only complaint I have is that the hotel is hard to get out of in the morning if you're heading towards downtown.

Hotel just off the highway I-270. The hotel provides easy access to some local shopping and eating. The room itself was very clean but the dresser to hang shirts was broken on one of the drawers. Staff was friendly but the cereal for breakfast was stale. Overall good value for the money.

Our room was nice for our overnight stay although Our non-smoking room reaked badly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was great though the shower was rather narrow. Not a bad room though for the price we paid!
