Kenzi Europa - Agadir

The Hotel is located in central location, very near to beach and central market. Hotel has very good restaurants, wonderful breakfast spread and freindly staff. Beware of the small shops nearby for leather items and clothes. You have to negotiate hard with them to bring down the price less than half. Still, dont know, you land up paying more.

Stayed 3 nights here, and found the room spacious, clean, with a good sized bed. Hotel itself is in good order, and the breakfast is adequate. Biggest problem was finding the hotel as the road signs in the Agadir area, are at times non existant.

Firestjernede Kenzi Europa kan anbefales på det varmeste. Servicen er i top, morgenmaden ok, værelserne bliver fint rengjort, og så kan beliggenheden kan ikke være bedre med Agadirs fantastiske strandpromenade lige uden for døren. Oven i købet til en rimelig pris.

pas bon,vétuste,besoin d'être rafraichi,personnel acceuil non compétent surtout pour une demande de réveil à 05h30 pour départ aéroport,probléme de tapage nocturne dans la nuit du 31/12/2011 non résolu! je suis déçu de cette prestation! l'hotel ibérostar est a recommandé pour un séjour.

Rigtigt dejligt hotel, godt personale god service. Beliggenheden er perfekt. Vi havde værelse mod haven (svimmingpool) men også mod strand, helt perfekt. Bestil dette hvis du ønsker dette. Både morgenmads/aftensmads buffet, var godt varieret.

den eneste feil som jeg så på hotellen er internett tilgang veldig svak. Ellers veldig bra hotel , mange aktiviteter i løpet av uken, bra turist lag som de passer på turister om dagen og om natta, kver dag kveld fest, omfatter både Marokiske kulturelle aktiviteter(dansing, og forskjellige) og europisk. Hotellen ligger i en flott området, 2 min fra stranda, […] og hvor er massa rusturanter med masse aktiviteter i kveld. Man har mange muligheter for kveld fester. Hotel kenzi är nära till stranden, restauranger och fina butiker. Aktiviteter på hotelet var jätte bra. Personalen hjälpsamma och snälla.Maten var good.Jag rekommenderar detta hotellet för familjer med barn och utan .Stort TACK till personalen på receptionen för deras hjälp.

Service restauration nul Accueil& personnel peu affable

Pour un petit séjour de 4 jours reposant. La nourriture n'est pas exceptionnel (même limite) un peu bruyant avec l'ascenseur, mais on s'habitue vite. L'hôtel est propre, permet d'aller en ville et sur le bord de mer très vite. bon séjour

l hotel dispose d animations marmara ce qui rend les soirées plus agréables pour les debut de soirée. De plus l hotel est situé a proximité de la plage juste une route a traversé. Je le recommande

Het Kenzi hotel is netjes, personeel aan de receptie en obers in het buffet restauarnt zijn niet vriendelijk, ksn geen gedag af, verder is het hotel gewoon goed. geen poespas gewoon goed. Het ontbijt is goed, verder is het eten niet schokkend,veel van het zelfde. In de directe omgeving ruim voldoende keus om heerlijk te eten. god beligenhet rent men veldig slitt både ute og inne trenger en oppgradering. frokost var ok men spis middag andre steder.

We went to Kenzi Europa from 12mar-19mar and was very pleasently surprice to experience the hotel, after reading the reviews on hotels.com. To start with the reception and other staff was very helpful and always greeting godmorgning and so on. We have a problem with our toilet when first arriving, but the hotel was very quick to fix it. In the morning […] is a relatively large breakfast buffet. fx. 2 kind of pancakes, 3 kind of eggs, orange or grapefruit, baguettes. It takes les than 5 min. to walk to the beach. The hotel has own privat beacharea you kan use. Almost next to the hotel is a mini zoo, and is free to walk in. There is a nice swimmingpool at the hotel. very clean, but maybe not that big. There are tennis courts and pinpong table. The hotel got evening entairtenment. the last night we were there was morrocan theme with snakes, african dance and so on. It was good, but otherwise a bit boring. We didn't have much problem with the free internet, but sometimes we needed to have the door open to the balcony or for even better connection go outside on the balcony. We tried some treatment in the hotel spa. massage and hammam. But was a litlle bit diasppointed of the hammam. We got haircuts at the salon by the hotel. cheap, but not at all as good metodes as home (Denmark). All in all a very lovely and good hotel and we would recommend it. Location is the best. Beliggenheden på grænsen af turist/strandområde og by er perfekt. Selve hotellet er ikke spritnyt, men værelser, rengøring og morgenmad er OK.

Not very impressed by this hotel. The staff in the reception way very unpolied. Not very helpfull, not even with small things such as borrowing a pencil. we were also told by Hotels.com that there was free wi-fi and internet, although everytime we sad at the computer, the staff came running ánd´was telling us to pay when we were on the internet, in […] a very negative way, and even thoug they could see that it was free when you booked with Hotels.com they came running every day( the same people) and said the same things. The housekeeping forgot everyday to come with new soapes, shampoo and didn't even cleant the room or the bathroom very well, even though you put tips on table for them. You had to pay 1oo Dhs and wait for one hour to get a pool towl, and private beach, is disappointing, and not what I would expect of a private beach, or that case what I normaly try when I travel to hotels with private beaches. The ONE good thing was the facilities, with the spa, hairsalon, and fitness center, they where all very good and there was a very kind and friendly staff. ALSO the breakfest resturant, was very good, and the food was good, and the staff was so friendly and very kind and the same is it with the piccalos. ALL IN ALL what I normal am expecting when I travel to 4 star hotels, as I always do when I travel on pleasure, was not met at all in this hotel, the worst part of it all was the reception, something is so wrong there, in my sense the piccalos should be in the reception because they know what service is, and that is what you don't get on this hotel.
