I felt at home as the staff greeted me with a warm smile every morning. I thought the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping seemed overzealous to me, everytime I get back my room is all cleaned up. I wish they'd let me have the option of not having my towels replaced. The elevator and A/C has seen better days though. I definitely will stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the hotel shows it's age. Rooms missing what are now standard amenities, but the biggest shocker, you have to PAY for PARKING! $15 a day to park a car. Here is the deal. We travel a lot with our family to Bellevue, on average we spent at least 1 or 2 nights per month, so we've had an opportunity to try several hotels in the area. For the $$$ I was surprised that: A. Parking was extra (not in Bellevue please, this is the FIRST hotel in Bellevue where I have to pay for parking) B. No free WiFi (Seriously?? […] this is the Hilton and I have to pay extra for that!!). C. Poor location (if you plan on walking to Bellevue Square or Downtown....good luck!). C. "Great place for a girls' shopping weekend."
Staff at the desk provided outstanding service. My husband couldn't make it, so my girlfriend and I made our trip into a shopping spree. The staff got us checked in early, changed us from a king bed to two queens, gave us coupons to our favorite store, and when they realized the coupons weren't active until after our stay had ended, the staff called […] it to our attention and said, "let us give you free breakfast instead." We had a spacious, room with lots of space for two women to do makeup and hair. The shuttle also took us to the mall and picked us up, so we didn't have to deal with city traffic. Good value for the location and the services. The bathroom was nice and the bed also nice, but the furniture and decor could use an upgrade. Staff is friendly and service is good. While the hotel was quite nice, we did not receive the room that had been promised to us by Hotels.com. The description we received was that it had 2 queen pillow top beds, "a deep soaking tub" and complimentary bathrobes. The room did have the two beds, however, it was just a regular tub and no robes. When I called down to the desk I was informed that […] the soaking tubs and robes were for the executive rooms. We had only a standard double. The desk clerk did say she would send up robes for us, but then that never happened. So we were very disappointed in the room and the hotel service. "Great stay at Hilton"
Great location, good amenities, rooms were large, comfortable and nicely priced. Only complaint is wi-fi isn't free. Even cheap hotels have free wi-fi.Ulasan tetamu Expedia yang asli

"Nice Hotel"
Nice hotel with a grand entrance and a bar. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. No kettle to make tea, have to use the 'not really boiled' water coming out of the coffee machine.Ulasan tetamu Expedia yang asli

"Love Hilton Bellevue!"
