Al Hamra Hotel Managed by Pullman - Jeddah

Unfortunately, this was my second stay at this hotel since 3 years ago. Since that time, it was not renovated or maintained as it appeared to me this time. Leakage of water in Bathrooms, ceiling humidity, rooms carpets smell, closets were leaking water from the compressor of the AC, and the noise of the AC of-course. In-addition, receptionists were […] not so friendly and helpful, my room was not cleaned the 1st night and one of my suite bathrooms was out of order. I booked the hotel based on the Pullman brand but it does not live up to standard at all! The hotel is in an average condition, but the beds are absolutely terrible! It was impossible to get any sleep - a duvet was added onto the mattress in order to cover up the sag! The hotel claimed that all the rooms were the same, and therefore were totally uncooperative. […] I would definitely not recommend the hotel - there are many "better" options at better rates too. The hotel is reasonably good but if you need any help from the staff they are not at all co opperative. Such as asking to print a Boarding Pass. My room was not made up until 8.30pm and then only after I complained. There was a wediing at the hotel and the noise was so bad that I could NOT sleep

I booked on hotels.com and then was charged a fee at the hotel. My room was nice, but it was on a very noisy street and most of the night traffic kept me awake. I probably won't stay there again.

The quality of services provided fall short of those provided by 5 star hotels. Staff attitude was disappointing, although some members of reception staff were very respectful.

Overall and for one night stay it was fine but not recommended for longer periods.

Everything is good, except one point , the internet speed is too slow, and the given account and password allow 1 device only.

It's definitelly value for money, staff was very helpfull always, service (including free internet access) and food was good.

The Hotel was fine but the staff were very unenthustiastic.

The staff was very nice, helpful and cooperative with me.. the room was very clean comfortable. facilities were great internet was free and I felt great during my stay in this hotel.. surely, I will come back again and again...

للأسف لم يكن الفندق بالمستوى المطلوب من حيث مستوى النظافه للغرفة والاثاث لم يكن بشكل الجيد والكنبات والموكيت رديئه جدا وغير نظيفه وعند طلبي لتغيير الغرفة تم نقلي الى غرفة صغيرة جدا ولم يوفر الفند سرير اطفال بحكم ان سرير الشخصين صغير جدا (ولكن كلمة الحق تقال لموظف الاستقبال /عصمت من مصر الشقيقه فقد كان متعاون ماستقباله فوق المستوى
