NH Ambasciatori - Turin

I stayed here because it was the nearest hotel to my work and as there would be others staying at the same hotel. First problem was the check in - even at 6pm with a lot of business travellers arriving from work there was one person on the check in. The room was stiflingly hot and stuffy - I later discovered that the manager of the hotel had decided […] it was not Spring time (15th April) yet and so had not turned on the A/C. The front desk staff said the weather had taken them by surprise having been 11C a few days earlier and now was 25C. The only solution was to open the windows - therein exposing the other problem as I had a room overlooking the main road and so was woken at 5am by traffic. The only other experience of the hotel was breakfast. Actually the buffet breakfast had lots of promise with some fantastic looking pastries but overall let down by poor attention to details and staffing. For example one of the cereal dispensers was broken and so the cereal was impossible to get out. The cooked breakfast items (only scrambled eggs, a sort of bacon and some little sausages and so not exactly a huge variety to keep stocked up) would run out and then take ages to be replenished and so it was pure luck if you happened to get any. The locks on the doors were a bit hit and miss. It took me about 20 tries to get in on one occasion and a colleague found his door would not lock shut as he left the room Baca selanjutnya

Based on the hotel data I thought I was going to a modern decent hotel. I was wrong. No aircon, very hot rooms and lots of street noise lead to very poor sleeping conditions. Breakfast room far too small for the hotel, food also not replenished swiftly as it was used. If I'm in Turin again, I'll be staying someplace else.

The good point is that this hotel is well located; it's an old-fashioned building that could look modern about 30 years ago, while nowadays looks old (the room whre I stayed it reminded me the '2001 - a space odissey') - also there were no electrig plugs in the room, only one in the bathroom. Breakfast is served till 10; when I went for it it was 5 […] mins to 10, they had already closed and locked the door but at the end they re-opened it (they complained that it was already 10) and then began to bring away food - this is something that I can't expect from a 4 start hotel, the waiters behaved like some stupid waiters of restaurants during the communist period (that used to not respect the customers). I travel really A LOT. This hotel is probably one of the oldest and less well maintained I have been for many many years. Lift got stuck, the room is incredible small, very noisy and super warm. The bed is so short that I could not fit in it completely.The television is something like a 12-inch screen, and the "free internet" shown on their website […] is a 30-min voucher in the lobby only. hotel tranquillo in buona posizione, ben servito dalla metropolitana e non molto distante dal centro , circa 15 minuti a piedi,quartiere tranquillo, pulito , personale cordiale, servizi efficienti , una buona scelta, con un rapporrto qualità prezzo ottimale

E'in una posizione ottima (Stazione ferroviaria, metropolitana a due passi) Buon servizio di portineria, Ottima la colazione al mattino . Camera accogliente e ben attrezzata .Peccato che il wifi era guasto. Il garage sotto l'albergo è capiente e ha costi ragionevoli.

Helt ok hotell i 80-talls stil som hadde trengt en oppussing. Rommet hadde merkbar eim av gammel tobakksrøyk. Seng og bad var rene men gulvet hadde hatt godt av mer frekvent støvsuging eller utskifte av tepper. Personnale var hjelpsomt og hyggelig. WiFi er inkludert men må fornyes hver dag i resepsjonen. La permanenza in questo hotel è stata piacevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La colazione ottima, nella scelta e nella quantità. L'unico neo era la lieve lontananza dal centro: circa 2km, ma la fermata dell'autobus è proprio davanti l'hotel e quella della metro giusto all'angolo.

Il servizio in sala colazioni è prasticamente assente. La camera, pur decente nell'insieme, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Nella brochure sui servizi offerti dall'hotel c'è scritto che offrono un servizio di navetta (shuttle) disponibile su prenotazione. Quando ho chiesto alla reception se per andare all'aeroporto avrei potuto prenotare una […] navetta, mi hanno guardato come fossi un marziano rispondendomi " abbiamo solo taxi o auto private". L'hotel è in buona posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione di Porta Susa e non molto distante dal cuore della città (20 minuti a piedi). Le camere, sebbene abbiano qualche anno, sono spaziose e i bagni sono relativamente nuovi. Veramente ottima la colazione e il serivzio.

Hotel a 10 minutos andando de la estación, la lanzadera del aeropuerto y el centro todo bajo soportales. Buena relación calidad precio. El desayuno no era demasiado variado pero sí suficiente, abundante y de buena calidad.

Cet hotel répond à des critères de qualité satisfaisants. Il est fonctionnel.Ce n'est pas un hotel de charme. Sa situation me convenait pour des raisons professionnelles. L'accueil laisse beaucoup à désirer, opinion partagée par tous les participants au congrès qui y logeait.

C'est un hôtel auquel j'aimerais retourner. Je le recommande très fortement. Je garderai cette adresse très soigneusement. Il faut que je trouve à nouveau des tarifs spéciales. Cependant l'hôtel vaut vraiment sa catégorie 4 étoiles.

Due fermate di metrò dalla stazione, vicinissimo allo stadio, bei locali affianco. Gentilezza del personale, camera molto pulita e comoda. Se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli lo specchio aveva una macchia ma considerando che ho pagato un 4 stelle come uno di 2 stelle o meno,..colazione super abbondante.
