"Delightful hotel and staff"
We found this hotel well appointed and well located for our needs in Lourdes. It was easy to walk to nearly anywhere in town and there were lots of affordable restaurants within blocks of the hotel. Some reviewers complained about dated decor but our room was wonderful, clean, and quiet. The lobby is old fashioned in some parts but the very well equipped […] pool area, rooms, and restaurants more than make up for a dowdy hallway near the elevator. We found the hotel staff especially helpful and cordial. They took extra measures to insure that my 6 year old felt comfortable and happy, offering ideas of activities in the area and bringing her hot chocolate at night. El hotel necesita una reforma, está anticudado y descuidado y desde luego le sobran estrellas, más de 2 no le pondría. El buffet del desayuno estaba bien aunque algo escaso.

A nice old hotel that has seen better days. The building is very old and so is the decoration and everything else. The floors are squeaky and everywhere you go you walk on those old red capets. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. The hotel has a parking area and it's free for its guests. The location is good, […] just a nice promenade to the main attractions. The restaurant was not good. The service was slow , the food not good and they had problems communicating in English.
