Despite paying a little more to stay at a Hampton Inn due to its quality and reputation, I was disappointed. The staff were helpful and friendly; however my room smelled like Lysol. We booked a "King Suite" at this hotel because it said that it sleeps five. My wife and I were with our college age children and wanted three beds. Our assumption was that, like other Hampton Inns we have stayed at, that sleeping five meant a King, a Queen and a sofa bed. WRONG! This was a King bed and a sofa bed. When we asked how that sleeps five, […] we were told to put three people in the King bed. Room was very small. Nothing "Suite" about it. Room was definitely comfortable - the only complaint not enough hot water . Would stay there again

The hotel was close to my destination, the Greensboro Coliseum and offered all the amenities I've come to expect at a Hampton Inn. However, when I returned home, I realized I'd left a valuable electronic item in my room. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with the executive housekeeper. Bed was very comfortable. Food was good.

The only place we stay is the Hampton Inn. This one in Greensboro is way below the quality that we are use to. It is an outside hotel and the rooms are very small. All of the surrounding hotels are far superior...unfortunately because we love the Hampton Inn.

I was very disappointed that the room did not have a refrigerator. Hotel.com site said ALL rooms came with refrigerators so therefore I did not request one. The desk said they are available only upon request and not listed on the Hampton website. The hotel was sold out and I could not change rooms. The phone in our room did not work the first 1 1/2 […] days but was finally fixed. Nice pool, nice beds, nice breakfast and location. Would stay again. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel is all exterior corridor which is unusual for a Hampton. I don't feel as safe unless I am in a hotel with interior hallways. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were doubles instead of queens and were very uncomfortable! Breakfast was good. Ok for the price but not a great stay if you have kids and are sharing beds.

Nice hotel is solid location, staff were great, room was clean and bed was good. The room seemed large and the breakfast was hot with an extra large selection. I would stay here again.

Exterior entrance and very small rooms. A real shin banger. Probably a converted HI or HJ..OK for short stays but don't expect the usual Hampton Inn standard.

Hotel was not as nice as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at in NC. Room was cramped with furniture that did not fit beds were small and not as comfortable. Did not have the same layout as other Hampton Inns . Building needs a renavation would not stay there again.

Decent rates, clean room, close to our destination. All and all a good visit.

Very accessible, staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms have been redone, and present a relaxing place to stay. Ample assortment of restaurants, and shops close by. Additionally they provide a good breakfast and a snack-to-go if you chose.

I am always comfortable booking a Hampton Inn because of the normal consistent accomadations. This one however breaks the mold. It seems like a converted Motel 6, out side entry, small rooms, noisy. Not happy.

Outdoor entry...suprised me for a Hampton Inn. Lower level rooms had a strong-musty odor...urine-like smell! Breakfast was good, as usual, for a Hampton Inn. I would not have booked it had I known it was an outdoor entry to the rooms.

Overall the hotel was just fine. The room was just a bit musty smelling probably from the constant running of the air conditioner which was a thru the wall type. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, coffee great. convenient to interstate and several restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, but the rooms are very small. There were no microwaves or refrigerators. My only complaint was the staff caring for the breakfast area. They ran out of milk, coffee, and other things and the attendant was not very alert to get those things replaced. Other then that, it was a good experience.

Very nice motel with friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel was fine. Was there for my daughter's graduation. It was 2 miles from colesium. I booked 2 rooms and they put them side by side which was great. Nice place to stay. Clean, good location, and quiet place.

It was an all around excellent experience.

We were snowed in Greensboro for and extra night and they gave us our room at a reduced rate. They were wonderful at the desk.

Although I checked in late and had to leave early, I appreciated what I could of the hotel. The young man at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I needed to take a cab to the airport - they don't have a shuttle. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I will stay there again.

Good clean hotel, all the fixtures looked recently updated and very well done. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. I told the desk clerk I was a light sleeper and he put me in a room off by myself.

This was a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our visit there.

el edificio es muy antiguo, y aunque estan remodeladas las habitaciones no son practicas ya que el lavabo esta dentro del bano, los hoteles modernos lo tienen afuera.
