Very clean rooms. The service was a ittle inpersonable and the male check in clerk never called the airport shuttle when I called for it. I sat at the airport for 30 minutes until I had to call again asking for it! However, everything else was great. "Very Disappointed"
I was very disappointed. This hotel was not up to the Red Lion's usual standards. When I checked into the room (room 171) there was day old coffee in the coffee pot, day old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and urine on the toilet. There was hardly any water pressure in the bathroom sink, the air conditioner/heating system barely worked and the television […] was pixelating to the point it was unwatchable. I spoke with the general manager the next day about the the coffee pot, urine stains and TV.I did not mention the water pressure or air conditioner/heating system. He offered to move me to another room or to fix the TV and make sure the room was properly cleaned. As I would not be returning to the room until late that night I opted to have him fix the TV. When I returned that night the TV still did not work properly. The next day I asked to be moved to another room.
