No complaints, other than the hotel itself being very hot. The room was fine, since it had its own unit.. but it was very warm once you walked into the hallway and into the lobby. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!. The pool was closed due to repairs. Not sure why any Hotel would schedule work on the pool during a holiday weekend. We will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

This hotel is located across from Downtown Disney, great location and close to everything! Hot free breakfast served in a big comfortable room. There is an abandoned hotel next door, for a start. It just made me feel uneasy, although the surrounding area is much better than any hotel on I-92. While we were only staying for a night, we were disappointed to find the rug coming apart from the wall. Also, the bathroom looked messy and the bed looked "sat on"... For the same amount of money, we […] could have stayed at a value Disney hotel and at least saved $14 by taking Disney transportation to the parks. The free continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any other Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. We wouldn't complain about the furniture not matching, but the rusty bathtub and musty smell sent our experience downhill. For the price, stay at Pop Century or similar at Disney... If your an adult couple traveling alone, both options will still be surrounded by lots and lots of children... but at least at the latter you have that Disney customer service experience. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. They offered hot items along with the standard bagels, yogurt. Each day the people maintaining the breakfast did a great job of keeping the food stocked and the dining area clean. We stayed here for 3 days for our Disney vacation and liked it. There were a few little quirks, no towels and a leaky faucet, but they took care of that right away! It is an older hotel, but the rooms were a good size, and there was a balcony, but it looked onto the roof. I was not at all satisfied. When my kids and I returned from Disney World at 10:30 PM, the housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper, and the garbage wasn't taken away. The next day, we complained to the manager which promised to take care of the problem and was so sorry for what happened, but the same story happened […] again for the second day. When we came back the second day, they had only fixed the beds, the clean towels were left on top of the sink, there was no soap to wash our hands, no coffee, and they didn't vacuum the room. We waited 20 minutes in line to check in at 11pm at night with a 2yr old after a 3hr car ride with 1 person in front of me when I walked in. Housekeeping started vacuuming the halls around 7:45am Saturday morning. The Wi-Fi didn't work from my room for my laptop or IPad. My daughter found trash under the drapes. BUT: Breakfast was nice. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this was a VERY nice family hotel. I must say that I was tempted to steal the bed!!! I have a very bad back so sleeping on a mushy bed is a killer. The mattresses were phenomenal. Not squishy and saggy at all!! Well done!

Pulling up there were lights on the building that were burned out. The lobby was fine and the breakfast area was the most ample one I have seen. We stayed 1 night - checking out early of a planned 4 night stay. We have a 5 and a 6 year old and no pool did us in. Service was terrible. Key wouldn't work and the front desk acted like we didn't know what we were doing. Maintenance guy had to come let us in. Bed was missing blankets and parking lot not very well lit. Elevator noise in our room kept us awake.
