I had a number of questions prior to my arrival and I could not have received better customer service from the reservation staff during my repeated calls. Upon my arrival, I was again met with great customer service. The room was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the hotel. Heat was very difficult to monitor. Wall mounted thermostat did not match color coded settings. Room was too hot, too dry (I had a bad cough which didn't help matters). Shower was fine. Breakfast was just OK. I had scrambled eggs (which were only luke warm) and bacon. Wife had a do it yourself waffle which she said was ok.

Only three hotels at this exit. This one was the most economical. I as surprised how homey it felt. Almost felt like a bed and breakfast. Needless to say that I enjoyed my stay.

We found the hotel location to be convenient for our iterinary. Staff was pleasant. Room & Bathroom were clean. Disappointed that we requested a King-size bed & received a Queen. Would have been okay if the Queen was atleast comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, and we were very comfortable here. We do think it was quite high priced, however, and understand that it was a busy week and weekend in the entire Boston area; thus causing high prices at all the local hotels. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we were to be in the area.

this was just an overnight stop for us since we were in the area to play golf. Got there late and left early. But everything about the hotel was fine. Would definitely recommend it if you need a clean place to stay in this area.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. Our room could have used a new mattress. Also, the first day we had plumbing problems but they did correct that right away. For the price it was good value. I would probably stay there again.

Our first room, a nonsmoking room on nonsmoking floor, was heavy with smoke and even heavier with pine-scented spray they used to try to cover it up. The smell was so bad that I asked for a different room, The second room had less smoke and less pine spray, but still way too much pine spray. Lamps were bright enough for reading, TV service via satellite dish had variable reception, towels and blankets were thin, complimentary breakfast offered many options, but the scrambled eggs were not real and the bacon was mostly fat. This turned out to be the perfect location for us, convenient to highway access but far enough away to be quiet. Clean and well equipped, very nice facility.

Superior hotel for the price. Had the elegance of an old, restored hotel with hospitality and charm. Very clean and for the price, would highly recommend it. In fact, I stayed at a hotel for 3 times the price in Boston that weekend, and I preferred this one.

The hotel is conveniently located off of Rte. 3. When I arrived that night the young man and woman working were extremely helpful and courteous. However, when I woke up in the early morning, the older gentleman there couldn't give me the time of day. He acted as if I was disturbing him when I asked for assistance with the computer's printer. He said […] he knew nothing about computers as he was surfing the web himself. He didn't even offer to do assist me in printing out something with another computer. Room 238 had a hole in the bathroom wall. It looked like someone didn't complete fixing a wire that was inside. And the whole hotel had a musty smell. Thankfully I was able to open my room window. I would recommend this hotel if it's just a quick stay and if you need something off of Rte. 3. Baca selanjutnya

Normal run of the mill, hotel/motel. In a convenient but industrial area. Nothing special, nothing terrible. Breakfast offerings not up to par with competition nearby.
