We stayed one night only in transit to Rabat. Hotel nice and staff very polite and efficient.

VERY helpful concierge/doormen staff, xlnt location. Business center internet GROSSLY overpriced & machines did not work! Good experience overall w/very caring breakfast staff. Would stay again

Great for the price--could use some "refreshing"

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room

Nice hotel but out of data from a technology perspective. Fixed broadband in rooms did not work and there was no wifi available in rooms. Staff wanted to help but seemed helpless with anything related to technology. Ended up purchasing a Maroc Telecom prepaid 3G data card at airport for 200 MAD valid for a month which was equal to the cost of 24 hours […] of broadband access. Baca selanjutnya

First of all, I would NOT recommend staying in Casablanca. But if absolutely necessary, stay at a cheaper hotel. This hotel was only worth it to me because I used one of my free rewards nights. But if I paid full price, I would not have been satisfied. The hotel is located right on the main street so you have to cross busy traffic to get to the entrance, […] even in a car. The surrounding neighborhood is not pretty and the Old Medina is scary and unfriendly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Don't get the buffet breakfast it is way overpriced. There's a restaurant across the street with full breakfast for one quarter the price. I would have appreciated a comfortable chair. Staff was very helpful, bed was comfy, nice bathroom.

Traditional,very respectable hotel. Spacious and comfortable or perhaps even luxurious. In all a bit more than I needed on my two-night business stay. Can not judge the catering though. I did not eat in. Not because did not like it but because was looked after by my receiving party. Room was extremely spacious clean and excellent bed. Will be more than […] happy to stay there again. rating of the hotel four star is more then enough.staff good.breakfast acceptable.spa modeste.extra local tax were ask that i refused to pay because my booking were tax included,and they accept that .

While the hotel was what I would expect from a Meridien. However the TV programmes did not match the menu and quite a few did not work. Also there was no guest services book in the room although I asked at the conceirge. So could not order room service or see what the facilities were. Also there should be Tea/Coffe facility in the room for sure.

old worn hotel but only stayed overnight...staff seemed great It just needs a little face-lift...make sure you get a great price.

立地、部屋の作り、機能、1階のロビー、レストラン、ラウンジのデザイン、いずれも期待以上でした。スタッフの応対も丁寧で、気持ちよく過ごせました。到着は早朝でしたがすぐチェックインしてもらいゆっくり過ごすことができました。 　ただ、インターネット料金が部屋代に比べかなり割高感がありました。

Pas un Meridien comme on les connait en europe, mais pas mal pour le Maroc. Par contre l'offre hotels.com n'était pas claire et j'ai du négocier du wifi: qui mettrait sous les caractéristiques de la chambre "wifi, thé de bienvenue ou corbeille de fruits"?

Hotel convenable mais ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles,salle de bain et toilettes en vieil état,nécéssite un serieux coup de lifting!!!!!!!. En gros pour les prix pratiqués je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux à casa. Samy

Cuando llegamos al Hotel nos dijeron que no tenían constancia de la reserva y que el precio que habiamos contratado no era lógico porque nunca habían tenido esos precios. Tuvimos que demostrarles a través de nuestro email que la reserva era cierta porque no se lo creían. Al día siguiente otro recepcionista del hotel nos dijo que teníamos que pagar el […] desayuno aparte porque no se reflejaba en su base de datos que el mismo estuviese incluido. Al final perdimos mucho tiempo en dar las explicaciones oportunas teniendo la reserva en la mano. La habitación que nos dieron era bastante antigua y tenía muchos desperfectos. El garaje no esta bajo el hotel sino en otro edificio por lo que con días de lluvia te mojas si tienes que ir al coche para cualquier cosa. El personal del Hotel nos trato exquisitamente y salimos muy contentos, sobre todo el señor Mustafa SABIR y la señorita Sanah, los cuales estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento.
