Very good customer service with all employees having upbeat body language and voice tones. Room was clean and quiet. Location was just off the freeway and within 10 miles of Southlake and shopping.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway- perfect location, wonderful service. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. If you're picky about pillows you may want to bring your own though. I thought the feather ones were too flat and the other ones on the bed were too big :) The breakfast buffet was fabulous.

We stayed over just for the night for a grandkids birthday party. Great place, very resort like.

My wife and I decided to have a weekend getaway in Southlake and Grapevine. This hotel was in a quiet area and the experience was a relaxing one. We were a bit hungry at about 1:00am and the person on duty let us warm up our food in the gift shop microwave. The staff was great. Parking was Free and Covered. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Very unique hotel in business park setting. The service was great and the amenities were more than adequate. The location is tucked away in a private setting but near the highway with close access to major retail, restaurant and international airport. Great for quick getaway or business trip. Wonderful experience! We were greeted warmly by a "Texas" friendly staff and our entire stay was excellent as usual. Could not have asked for better service and convenience. As a repeat guest, I have found this level of care and attention to their guests to be the norm...not the exception!

"Dallas Solana Marriott - EXCELLENT hotel!"
I went to Dallas with family for a football game. Most all of the area hotels were either booked or way too expensive. This hotel was one of the last ones that I checked out. Glad I did too. The hotel and rooms are EXTREMELY clean and well kept. Very impressive design as well. We had a miscommunication at time of check-in, but the concierge was quick […] to help fix. We got in very late from the game and we were pretty hungry. All the restaurants were closed so we were hoping that the hotel had something open. To our dismay they did not even have snack vending machines, however the concierge opened the "closed" cafe just for us to go get something. Again, we were REALLY impressed. "Chicago to Texas"
What a great surprise and joy to stay at the Marriott. It's no often the description and visual information of a hotel matches from website to the in person stay. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the business atmosphere and I would recommend this hotel to stay for business or pleasure. Great customer service!

They told us the hotel had been renovated a couple of years ago, and it showed. Extremely comfortable accommodations. Great for business or leisure. Beautiful grounds--pool, hot tub, fire pit, and conversation areas. Fitness center--great equipment, cold water, refrigerated towels, fresh fruit, headphones! Breakfast buffet--delicious. "Great value! Lovely hotel!"
Gorgeous hotel! We got the room rate that included breakfast, which was outstanding and a great value. Hotel is located a little far from the downtown action, but the drive was worth it for the wonderful hotel and excellent room rate. We will definitely stay here again!
