We like the hotel and location as it is close to where I visit. Its clean and the the attendants are always friendly and courteous. Only item noted this time was the bed in our room was uncomfortable and probably had seen better days. Other than that, we will stay here again.

Room was clean and well presented. Accessible to many restaurants, coffee shops, retail outlets, and various other attractions. Clerk did not seem too knowledgeable, but was friendly. Easy to get to as it is right off the highway. All together a pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, soft clean smelling sheets, very clean. Hotel staff very accommodating. Very satisfied!

Our stay was pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed one night - went to visit Providence to visit State House - very impressive - well worth a visit.

I booked the hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Although the hotel guaranteed late arrival, by the time I arrived on Saturday morning, they had cancelled my reservation. However, I was able to 'make the case' and was eventually given a room well before the 3:00 pm check in time for the following day.

Location was the reason I gave this facility a shot. The front desk staff was uneducated to which door would be closest to my room ( it was raining). Carpeting was worn and vein the hallways. The bathroom was more like a closet and the mattress must have been from the Carter administration.

Hotel needs a bit of a sprucing up. We stay there usuallyseveral times in the summer on our way to our vacation spot. The carpets need cleaning and some are tearing. The sheets were very old and had lots of piling. The front desk was very nice and friendly, however the women taking care of putting out the breakfast were very grumpy. An overall musty smell in our room. Requested non-smoking, but smelled like someone smoked in it. The bed requested was a queen but felt and looked like a double. The pillows were extremely small and not very comfortable. We were not expecting much of a complimentary breakfast and it turned out just as we thought. The hotel was on a main road in the middle of a shopping district. There was road noise and then there was a group of kids that were staying there running up and down the halls and yelling. I had booked this room months in advance with another party; we were placed at opposite ends of the hotel. Stayed at many Comfort Inns and by far this was the least pleasant. On a noisy road in a room next a TON of noisy kids . I was with another party and we were placed far apart from each other . My room should have been somewhere away from the crowds. They need to think about that when booking.

The room was nice, the location was good, pool was warm and clean, breakfast was good. I would stay again. only negative was the pillows were too small, I mean smaller than a normal pillow, good thing there were 2 of them.

The hotel was convenient to the Providence area, only a few minutes away. Close to the highway. Good Breakfast.

Completely pleasant experience. The only suggestion I have for a superb experience might be to ask staff who are on the pool deck in the early a.m. to not shout back and forth to one another -- it was early (before 9 a.m.) and with my window open, it was loud and unnecessary talk. We booked a non-smoking room, but our room smelled like an ashtray. Despite this, we got a much better night of sleep than we were expecting. Ultimately, that's all that matters. This was our third stay at your hotel, and we intend on coming back. We have relatives in the area and it is wonderful for us to find such a terrific place to stay when we visit them. Conveniently located, easy to book rooms, very pleasant, helpful staff, and always a delightful experience.

Our second stay at a Comfort Inn and we found it to be consistent, with a good breakfast and a laundry room.

Our stay was a single night needing two rooms. Danny, at the front desk, was more than accommodating when we requested our rooms be changed to adjoining. The morning breakfast was plentiful, housekeeping staff were pleasant, room was clean. I would stay there again. For those who need it, it is pet friendly.

Would have been nice if the safe in the room had batteries in it so the lock worked! Why don't hotels get their staff to thoroughly check things out so guests are not inconvenienced when they arrive. Nice having microwave and fridge in room.

Staff was nice. let me check in early after a red-eye flight. about 15 min from airport. VERY QUIET.which was a plus. there is a 5-guys hamburger joint across the street. great continental breakfast.

The lower level is aging and the ceiling tiles could use replacing. Mold starting to grow where the ceiling tiles are placed in the metal hangars.

Although I go the non-smoking room I requested the room smelled as though it was a smoking room and the mattress were on the extra firm side. Overall the one night stay was o.k.
