Not very clean. Out dated decor. Needs new beds. The mattress was done and they just covered it with a sponge and egg crate foam, but you could still feel the lumps and springs. The room was cold even with the heat on high. The heater was extremely loud and noisy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
"ok for the price range."
It wasn't expensive and the rooms were fine and clean - it was pretty much as expected for this budget. The breakfast area is really small and only has 3 tables so it gets really busy in the morning. Fort Erie isn't the most exciting place - but if you need to stay somewhere and don't want to pay too much it is not a bad choice.

We expect at least a pool, a playzone and few benches - fort erie had none, leaving us gasping into each other's breath inside the room and during breakfast!
Nice place to stay about 25 minutes from the falls

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have EVER stayed in.

Old hotel, was somewhat clean... sliding door to the outside did not seem secure. Not really worth the price...
You get what you pay for...this place sucks!!

staying at this hotel was completely less congested and busy than staying in niagara falls would have been. fort erie is a quaint place. if you're looking for something decent and less busy, stay here.

It wasn't a bad hotel but it was great neither. It was fair, for a place that your just staying at for a couple of days.

The location is the only selling point for this hotel/motel (being around 15-20 minutes from Niagra Falls). The room was kinda dingy and when investigating the mattress (as I am overly paranoid about bed bugs) I did find a stain that indicated that these bugs were once here, or still are. However, given I was tired and just drove 10 hours, I stayed […] anyways and hoped for the best. Needless to say, I didn't sleep all that well - fearing that every itch was the result of being bitten. As it turns out, I wasn't bitten, but I would still be very cautious when staying here. "The Shower!!!! was amazing as was everything else....."
This hotel was has a great priced place wit comfort and good breakfast.. the only thing is that Niagara Falls was a little distance away. but otherwise a great place to enjoy a weekend getaway.
