"Very nice hotel - very clean rooms -"

Very pleasant, we spent most of time at Goshen College with sons graduation, but was a very nice hotel.

Hotel had too much, "perfume" odor (indicative of a worse odor or problem???) Hallway rugs had a "chemical" odor. (Too much rug cleaner???) Room a/c didn't operate well. Reserved for 2 nites..stayed one. (Above) Front desk personnel were great tho'. ********************************************************
Afternoon check in person was very helpful, morning person, not so much. At check - in they did not have that I already charged the room. The front desk did research it, and took care of it. However, they took Credit Card in case of incidentals, and then charged $20 right away, without telling us first. Now it is 3-5 days to have it taken off the credit […] card. "pleasing surprise"
we just wanted to get away for the weekend so i booked a king room for 2 nights then wife wanted to leave early, so i told the guy behind the desk our situation he upgraded our room to a spa room at no extra charge if we would stay so we did and they were all very pleasant to work with

We stayed here for the weekend, they got us a crib for our one year old, and the pool kept our 4 year old happy. The room was cleaned while we went to breakfast, that although not free, was reasonably priced, and very tasty. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!

"Stay at hotel"
We stayed 2 of 3 nights that we paid for because our backs were in such pain. The beds you use are not good even though the desk person said they were new? We told him we had a sleep number bed from Select comfort and were going home because of our back aches.
"Very well satisfied"
We found this hotel to be very friendly, helpful and clean. We had no problems at all. The breakfast, while not "free", is reasonable and offers a nice variety of choices. Will stay there again if we are in Goshen.

"Old, poor service, not worth the money"
The sign on the marquee said "Marriott, a name you can trust". That's why I paid twice what the new Holiday Express down the street charges. After the AC failed, breakfast was worse than McDonalds, the computers in the lobby wouldn't print my boarding pass, and the staff feigned surprise and disinterest, I decided to go to the lower cost alternative […] next time.
