Well appointed, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. On the way out of town, the Utica Coffee Roasters is a find with great pastry!

Stayed there one night with my 2 kids, they loved the pool on site, and I loved having room service after driving all day. Sleep number beds were annoying, so hard to get to a good place, then gave up when close enough. Was not expecting $7 parking fee, that should be listed. Also, they only gave us 2 free breakfast tickets for our family, thankfully […] the waitstaff let my kids eat without one, but if someone has older kids they may not. Would be helpful to list. A real pleasure. After having traveled to utica last year and stayed at the Ramada, which was dreadful, I was not looking forward to returning. This hotel was such a surprise. Parking is located in an adjacent lot, owned by the City. The Hotel provides vouchers, for a fee, to guests. Evidently, the City does not charge for parking at certain times, but the Hotel collects a fee regardless of whether the garage staff are collecting monies. The only complaint is that one of the "Sleep Number" beds didn't work. Everything else was excellent.

My room reaked of smoke. The two fans they put in the room were so noisy I had to unplug them so I could sleep. The stop in the sink didn't work and if you ran the water, the water didn't go down. The breakfast buffet didn't have plates so we went to the kitchen because we could't find the wait staff The tablecloth on the buffet table was a mess. Other […] members of my party were given keys to rooms that hadn't been cleaned. In addition , others requested a room change because of the smell of smoke in the room. I stayed overnight for an event at the Utica Zoo. I arrived at 5pm on Saturday and checked out at 10am the next morning. The hotel was busy with a wedding reception and a class reunion. I called down to the front desk once to request a taxi. The front desk quickly arranged my request and called me back to provide the estimated time when the taxi was […] to arrive. As for the particulars of the hotel, the elevators were annoying to use because they were very slow and also required a key card to operate. The room featured heavy drapes that did an excellent job of blocking the early morning sunlight ensuring a good night’s rest. The room also had Sleep Number beds, but neither of the beds in the room actually worked. The room also had a refrigerator. We have stayed at the Utica Radisson several times over the years. Helpful friendly staff that tries hard to please. Inexpensive decent quality breakfast buffet, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Sleep number bed but rooms are small, especially the bathroom. The only reason I downgraded the comfort rating. Certainly adequate. Pay $7 for parking at attached […] city garage. A few restaurants and bars nearby but downtown Uitica is quiet on weekends and evenings. The city often puts on events at the local park on Mondays. We stayed for one night as we were in town for an event at the Stanley Theater and it is a perfect location. The staff was great accept for the fact that the hotel was booked and there were 2500 people in town with 1 waitress in the bar/rest at lunch time. We were there with a youth hockey team of 11 and 12 year olds. The staff did a wonderful job providing a room where kids could be kids, playing knee hockey,etc... So they were able to play and not bother anyone. ( I would encourage other team managers to ask about a conference room to make it more comfortable for you and other guests.)

Walking distance, in a safe area, to the Stanley. Morning buffet was good. No time to use the pool but it looked inviting. Couldn't afford rates like that all of the time, but we had a very good time.

The hotel was conviently located near the college room was spacious and quiet. I personally did not care for the snb could not get it regulated to a setting which was comfortable would not reccommend it but would highly reccomend this hotel!!!

Room size are typical. Kept clean. Good restaurant with Sunday brunch, which can be recommended for the large veriety to choose from. Small gym, sauna and pool may be usefull addition. Sleep number bed is neither advantage nor disadvantage. Hotel located in the center of Downtown Utica. Good for business or leasure stay.

The Radisson Hotel in Utica New York was convenietly located to major highway and shops. The staff as especially courteous and effecient. The room was very comforable and clean. My stay there was most enjoyable and I would not only stay there again, if in the area, but I would seek out other Radisson's when I am traveling elsewhere. Just a fine hotel! The food is nothing to write home about but there's a nice tapas restaurant up the street called 'Ancora'. I'd recommend a short drive or walk for a more affordable breakfast with better choices. My sleep number bed didn't work. but it was the right firmness for me so it didn't matter. The only lower score I gave in the review was the surrounding are, and considering we go there for our half-way stop-off to Canada ,it's the convenience of location more than the neighbourhood, and surrounding are that concerns us. The hotel is an excellent building,clean and modern ,with great facilities.They have a fabulous bar/pub type restaurant […] with great food, drinks and tvs ,so we can catch the game. We also got a free breakfast buffet the next morning in their restaurant which was fabulous. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're in the area, unless you're looking for a budget-style motel.
