Terletak dalam kejiranan (Hauptbahnhof) di Munich, Hotel Koenigshof adalah berhampiran dengan Karlsplatz - Stachus, Marienplatz dan Asamkirche. Juga terdapat berdekatan adalah Gereja Our Lady dan Dewan Perbandaran Baru.
Ciri-ciri Hotel.
Hotel Koenigshof mempunyai tab spa, bilik wap dan sauna. Akses internet wayarles percuma terdapat di kawasan awam. Just west of the old town, the area around the main station is crammed with hotels and pedestrian areas filled with shops. "Hotel needs renovation"
The Steam Room. Sauna and resturant were either broken or closed for renovation for the month of August, no prior notification at time of booking. The hot tub had a cool temperature. The Hotel carpeting was worn and needed replacing. The bed was HARD, like renting a torture chamber for 5 days! Ouch!
"Excellent Hotel"
The hotel is in an excelent location. It is within 5 minutes of shopping, train station and the main attractions of the city. Hotel was very clean and always well maintained. Great view of the city during breakfast. Room service was great and the room was always well maintained and cleaned. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. "Hotel Koenigshof Munich- accross from alt stadt"
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Koenigshof Hotel in Munich. The hotel was in good condition with nice appointments. The location was next to alt stadt with most areas of interest within walking distance. The main train station is 1 block away and the s- train station is directly outside the front door. "Hotell Königshof i Muchen-i hjärtat av Munchen"
Ett femstjärningt Hotell med förnämligt läge i centrala Munchen,gångavstånd till det mesta inom gångavstånd. Gammel utsliten TV på rummet. Frukost i dyraste laget med personal som tog upp beställning på varm frukost när man var klar !

"Definitely NOT a "Leading Hotel of the World""
We arrived late in the evening in pouring rain and struggled with bags and children with no assistance from the Bellhop standing nearby. We had asked for non-smoking in our reservation and were given extremely smelly smoking rooms - our clothes and bags all smelt of smoke when we got home - that's how strong it was. When we asked for non-smoking rooms […] we were told very abruptly that it was not possible to move us. Staff were mostly disinterested in providing assistance. We went into the bar after dinner for a nightcap and the attendant behind the counter shouted across the room at us that the entire section was reserved, not polite, not regretful, just rude. One bathroom smelt of faeces and had no windows or extractor fan. The hotel is extremely ugly outside and has trams passing by all night and extremely bright lights outside with black out curtains that don't cover the windows. The beds are small (double beds, not King Size as would be expected from a top hotel), hard and uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom are thin, hard and scratchy. We chose this hotel as it is one of the "Leading Hotels of the World" hotels and they're usually excellent. I don't see why it has this rating. It is mediocre at best!!
