Our only complaint at the hotel was housekeeping - we called for coffee as we had 4 decaf packs when we arrived and no regular - the next day (after the room had been done) I had to flag down housekeeping as it still wasn't delivered. Housekeeping did the barest minimum - beds were just pulled up, still lumpy, and towels were replenished but dirty ones […] not removed. The room could have been a lot cleaner, but overall ok

Well the B/K was little to nothing. The room smelled, The cleanliness was not that clean. The A/C was noisy. The shower was terrible with little to no pressure. I was not impressed by the building up keep or even the staff. I would not stay here again nor will i recomend this hotel.

reading review the day of leaving I was a little worried, but decided not to change reservation. for the price of our stay, there were no problem, my only concern was that most hotels use key cards to re enter building and this one never locked any outgoing doors of the building we were in, other hen that everything was great.

was pleasant overall waking up the first morning to the delaware state police knocking at the door next to us was a surprise other than that very good experience will stay there again

The hotel was very quiet, we were never disturbed. Everything in the room functioned just fine, bathroom was clean, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was located only 7 minutes away from the beach area, 10 minutes away from the state park.

Very comfortable beds...wife and I slept like babies. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and places of interest.

Worth the $50 price. A little run down and dated. 24 hour coffee in lobby. Breakfast included oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, english muffins. Right off busy road, so don't plan on walking anywhere nearby.

It was ok...just kind of average...They were out of smoking rooms, so we had to smoke outside in the cold and wasn't happy about that, but it was cheap and last minute, so nothing we could do. Long walk from elevator to room. Didn't try the breakfast. Probably would have been nicer if it had been a planned trip, so that's not the hotel's fault.

What I expected for the price. Convenient to the beaches and shops. Nice having shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel was older and a bit run down, but room was ok and the check-in guy was real nice and helpful. Was all I wanted, a good bed, shower and TV. Breakfast was poor, but Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot.

Great staff: very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location, surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurant choices and close to the RBFS.

Outlet in the sink area was loose from the wall. Large gap under door allowed wind and leaves to blow into room. Staff was very helpful and room was clean!

For the most part it was ok, we didn't get new soap from the maid. She threw the old one out and did not leave new ones. The people at the front desk were great. The elevator didn't work on the day we left. There was some kind of sports team staying and kids were running and yelling alot on Saturday night. But other then that it was ok.

The room was clean, but quite outdated. The mattresses, pillows and sheets were awful (the pillowcases were see through they were so threadbare!). My main complaint was that the exterior door was so ill-fitted and flimsy that it did nothing to keep sound out through the night. It was very loud and difficult to sleep.

When I made the reservation for this hotel, I was really not expecting much; I mean it is only 2 stars, and friends who have stayed in EconoLodge gave me not the best reviews. I called the hotel a few times before my stay, and received excellent assistance from the front desk. We stayed 4 days, and the housekeeping staff was great, especially Jessi. She made sure we had extra towels, and was very friendly. It's a tired motel at the end of the season. The common areas, halls were sort of beat up. The room was adequately clean.
