Knights Inn, Lookout Mountain - Chattanooga

the room was clean but very dated. Tub drain was clogged with hair and we had to clean it so the shower would drain. Overall not dissatisfied and would stay there again for the weekend. Probably would not stay for an extended stay. Staff was extremly friendly and check in and out was very simple.

Our room was clean and comfortable.The only problem we had,was our refrigerator stopped working,but since it only had soft drinks in it,it was not a big deal and when we reported it, the manager offered to correct it immediately.For the price ,I would recommend it to anyone.

Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

The staff here is very personable and caring about their customers. The motel is an older structure but is very well maintained. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for simple and affordable accomodations.

Given the competitive rome price, I was not expecting much, but the room appeared to have been recently refurbished. Although it was basic, it everything needed (except for shampoo) as well as a pleasant appearance. One of the two TV remotes was inoperative but the manager made it a priority to get it fixed.

This hotel was clean and ok to sleep for the night but kind of run down, We stop at this location frequently on our way to Georgia to visit our children and grandchildren and wish there was a comfortable inexpensive hotel where we could just sleep and get a quick breakfast so we could get back on the road to finish our trip. did not feel comfortable […] here. Hotel was great for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and room was clean. There are plenty of eateries and gas stations within walking distance as well! Alot going on so we felt safe. Desk clerk was horrible. Did not get the room we wanted. There was garbage in several places on the floor - don't think it had been cleaned. Slide lock was broke. Key card didn't work the first time we went to our room. The ceiling in the bathroom had a big crack above the shower with mold and mildew around it. Would never stay there again!

Very good location to go to Ruby Falls, right across from a shopping plaza which had restaurants in it so you don't have to go far. Manager was very nice. He had discount tickets for ruby falls which save us allot. Price was good. The workers seem nice,gas station very close. I'm glad we found it!!

when i booked i asked if it was with breakfast , i got a yes, BUT for me breakfast contains more then a cup of coffee and a honnybunn i had to take to my room because of the lack of diningarea, for me that was wery disapointing, afterall the price of the room is the same as if i got one with full breakfast. Pillows weren't that great and they said the pet fee was $10 but they font tell you they charge tax on that so it was $11.50 but other than that it was ok. Breakfast was just juice and coffee

First of all, my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay just for one night so we can rest and drive to the great smoky mountains the next day. We usually do this a lot with booking hotels while we are on the road and we usually use hotels.com. I can honestly say this was the second worst hotel we have ever stay at. Price was decent, towels […] were not soft and the worst part was...right when we were about to get into bed we found a huge bug under our pillow! We were disgusted... Polite staff. Older facility/accomodations, but relatively clean clean. Reasonable rates.

Perfect location....staff was super nice...paid close attention to any and all requests. Friendly, caring people. Motel is old but well maintained and for the price we even got breakfast. Perfect for overnight stays...bed was so comfortable...no negatives whatsoever.

Staff waws nice, room was clean, area was good. good price for just a place to stay for a night or two.

Basic Clean Free parking:wifi Free breakfast? Sweet roll/ coffee muffin. Outdoor drive up hotel.

Ok for the price if it wasn't for the damp smell in the room.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. Our only complaint is that the room at first glance looked clean until we took the comforter off the bed. There were stains all over the bedding ugh! Thank goodness we had brought our own bedding with. They also need to put up more ice machines other than the one by the office. They pool was beautiful and clean. […] It is in a great location and fair priced. We went to lookout mountain to ride the incline train and we plan to go back to see ruby falls. This motel is VERY convenient to the mountain sightseeings and also to local shopping areas. The rooms are small but very clean and has a terrific view of the Lookout Mountain.

This one hides behind another hotel, which we found confusing, but not too bad. Pool was nice, rooms were decent. Did have to ask for clean towels and cloths though as the ones in place were grimy. Odd key system here that I wish everyone had. No strip, just an RFID chip that I wish all chains had.

For the price we paid Kninghts Inn was a excellent choice. It was the perfect location for our stay.

Number 1 hotel.com dont lison to my request of what I needed, I had need of a cot they did not tell the hotel, so the first night was bad. The hotel was not clean hair in the sink and tub. the floors were not swept good, there was milk in the frig from some one els, it was bad, then i did not have good online connection in the room. The overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The price was good and the location very good for area attractions. This is where the positives end. The breakfast did not meet my expectations at all. The breakfast just consisted of coffee, juice, and sweet rolls which were actually just packaged honey buns. Close to most attractiions.Outside is mundanee but rooms inside arequite nice.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose it for it's convenience to the interstates we were traveling. The beds were firmer than I like, but the A/C was ice cold and the room was clean. It's an older hotel, so, it isn't luxurious or decorated fancy! I was happy for the $ we paid. front desk clerk very helpful. Good location close to interstate but far enough away to be quiet & cozy. Older looking on outside, but remodeled & nice on inside. Clean, musky smell, but that was the only bad thing. Def coming back for the price.

The staff was not friendly and i felt as if i was a bother to the woman. The man was very nice the next morning. They were stingy with towels and didn't want to give us extra wash clothes. There were 4 people in our group and I feel everyone should have their own towel and wash cloth. I sprayed the room with Lysol to ensure the germs were killed and […] the tub was weak. The entrance is hard to find and the beds were horrible. I would have left but with the non refundable policy we decided to stay. Das Motel liegt etwas versteckt zwischen zwei Motels höherer Kategorie, dürfte aber diesen vorzuziehen sein, wenn man mit einem Standardzimmer zufrieden ist. Der erfreulich große Pool liegt ruhig am Waldrand.
