Decent hotel , acctually not bad for the price, little hard to get to if your not familiar with the area. No restraints really close by, parking is horrible, all kinds of young people being loud in rooms and walking around outside at night, was afrid my car was going to get broken into. The night shift staff wasn't knowledgable about reservations threw […] hotels.com in my opion .i had thought he knew what he was doing, come to find out a few days later not only did hotels.com charge me for the room , but I was charged for a room as well by red roof inn, and it wasn't a non smoking room like I requested in my reservation! I had a really bad headache from the smell of smoke the next morning.Even though the hotel credit my account for the extra charge (which took me two days to finally get a call back),needless to say , I won't be returning to any red roof inn ever again anywhere. The king sized bed was terrible. The desk clerk gave me the wrong room when I checked in and the next night my key didn't work, and he insisted I was in a different room. Luckily my stuff was all there, but that guy didn't care too much that he stressed me out. Who needs that?
