I booked for two nights but moved out after one. Ac was not cooling ., tv remote was not working , tv picture was not good, furniture was old And shabby. Neighborhood was rough . Not family place at all

If what is needed is a business trip, the hotel is fine. Its location however, is the main issue as its in Deira where there is too much traffic and smells.

This was a nice hotel to stay in.It had a fine restaurant a pleasant rooftop pool and nice gym.The staff were attentive and the hotel was very clean.It wasnt in the best part of dubai however and you would need a taxi to get to most places

The hotel was located close to many amenities with the Airport nearby. Trips to Bur Dubai and Dubai Mall with easy access by road. Great location. However, still do not understand why Sheraton does not provide free wifi?? That was only the negative mark during the stay.

Staff were disorganised. I was kept waiting for 90mins for room to be ready (I was checked into a junior suite) then when I asked them to send luggage up they took an additional 45 mins! Facilities are fine and club lounge is good. Managerial oversight of front desk personnel could do with an upgrade!

I am completely disappointed because the laundry ruined my new custom made dress for which I spent so much money (3000 saudi Riyal) to make in Jedda. I am particularly piqued because the the hotel cleverly folded and packed the dress in such a manner that I did not discover the mess till I got back to Nigeria. The hotel was a little closer to the airport than I would normally prefer, but I didn't hear any aircraft during the night. The staff was very courteous and professional. My checking in and out ran very smoothly and quick. They were doing some renovations while I was there, but it did not affect my stay at all. Overall it was a positive experience.

The hotel was good overall. But I was upset that when I complained bout a smell in the bathroom housekeeping came to check and he just sprayed airfreaher and left and didn't even try find out what the problem was. Then I complained again and maintainennce came and he said he did't see a problem for him to fix. So then I figured out that it was the drain […] hole in the bathroom sink. He said that it was probably just some old water in there the he just ran some more water in there and the smell mostly went away. But of course the smell back and then we just had to run water in the hole when ever we were in the bathroom to keep the smell down.But other then that the stay was good. Baca selanjutnya

Rooms are a bit small, with hospital-like white walls. Had unusual trouble with the wifi (aside from its outrageous fee), and you can't BUY a hot shower in this hotel. I was in two different rooms over four days with plenty of showers but never a hot one. Pretty much lukewarm. Overall kind of a disappointing stay. The room was fair, but not great.Even though I checked in late in the afternoon, I had to wait for my room to become available. Furniture was kind of run down. I usually […] stay at a different Sheraton in Dubai that I would characterize as excellent. I could not get in there on this trip, so chose this one instead, expecting the same level of quality. I was disappointed, and will not stay here again. One final thing. Someone, either a previous guest or staff member swapped all the vodka out of the minibar for water. They tried to pin it on me. I only mention staff because this is the first time any hotel ever told me they would not let me check out til they checked the minibar. Only after I raised a big stink did they back off. The hotel is a complete disappointment. Very noisy, doors keep slammed all night. rooms are not sound proof. the hotel is full with hidden charges. The duty manager is helpless and can do nothing. it's a complete Chios. Im sure it's the first time and the last time i stay in this horrible hotel.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and always said hello when in contact with them.What was lacking was the proffesionalism in their job,such as the cleaning of the room everyday when we had gone out for the day.on 2 occasions the room had not been serviced and therefore came back to a dirty room after a day touring in Dubai.When we reported to the […] manager,she failed to apologies and could not understand the basic premise of running a well run hotel where the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.Her excuse was that it was Ramdan and that the staff were working half-days shifts?? The towels were not changed and i had to ring room service on a number occasions to get fresh towels! Overall the hotel is located in a perfect place with all the emenities nearby,and is excellent for Families or large groups.What the hotel lacks is a Leadership role within its management and during our stay we did not get any calls for the hotel manager or senior person to find out how are stay was like during the week. This is second time that I asked the Sheraton Deira hotel receptionist to provide me a quite room but I got a very noisy room!!

The Sheraton Diera is conveniently located with loads of restaurant serving Indian, Pakistani, Arabic cuisine just within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Hotel has a swimming pool on the top floor which is too small for a swim but good enough for a relaxation. It also has steam, sauna and a fitness center. I managed to get the room at promotional price so cant complain much. The extra amenities are costly so stay away as much as you can. Would recommend to remove the minibar from the room as it comes with a heavy price tag for each item. Their is a supermarket opposite the hotel and a convenience store nearby. The Sheraton Deira was a wonderful place for my most recent visit to Dubai; I have visited this marvelous city 10 times. First of all, the staff, and I mean all of the staff, front desk people, bell staff, waiters, security, maids, everyone was very helpful, personable and professional. Food in the restaurant was very good. What set the staff apart […] is the personal attention they provide. I'm someone who asks alot of questions about nearby services (free shuttles, laundries, restaurants, etc.). The bell staff went above and beyond by providing me with schedules for the various free mall shuttles (Deira City Centre, Reef Mall, al Ghruair Mall) giving me directions to a reasonably priced laundry, and recommendations for area restaurants. The staff also called me by name everytime I entered or departed the hotel. The rooftop pool was very nice and refreshing; the planes flying over were actually interesting to observe, as were the plane spotters! I've stayed here previously. The service at times was great. Just a few things like the replenishment of toiletries, beverages, towels was a bit disappointing as all was not always replenished after a clean. The location isn't great but is a 10 min cab drive away from the closest mall. There are some nice places to eat at nearby. The hotel is under […] a flight path so when lounging under the sun you constantly see planes flying over. Very noisy. Great location if you are wanting to be in the old city of Dubai and close to the airport . Good friendly staff. However they need to improve their efficiency when they check out guests. Took 8 min to give me change!!!! Phone did not work in my room either !

The hotel was fine; large room; decent size bathroom; good closet space; clean. Staff decent. However, when I went to the Iranian Club, they were very rude to me and said, "Families only" and escorted me out. My colleague who is a plastic surgeon had a similar experience. They said Iranians only .... I like Middle Eastern music and was looking for […] a cultural experience. This was the only disappointment. In the US, such behavior would not be tolerated. The hotel is no more then 3 star, the location is good but there is hardly any lobby, small rooms, limited elevators,the room amenities are minimum e.g. only two bath towels , 2 tea 2 coffee 1 soap limits you very much, there is other customers which are loud and walk in the lobbies.
