Very nice hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and clean, lobby and breakfast area very classy. Breakfast was good and included in price. A nice plus was that the pool was actually a comfortable temperature, a seemingly rare find in indoor hotel pools. "Pretty good but not so good for pets"
The hotel was pretty good overall. It could use a remodel though. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. It is "pet friendly" but there is really not much greenspace or places to walk a dog and there is no receptacle for disposing of pet waste.
"Our go-to hotel between Ohio and Georgia!"
This CI&S sits almost at the halfway point between Ohio and Georgia and is our only choice when stopping overnight. The front desk personnel are always helpful and courteous and make us feel welcomed. Our rooms have always had the same quality of cleanliness since we have been stopping through for the past several years now. The breakfast has many choices […] and is always a decent start. "What we have all come to expect"
This hotel is right by the main road provides exactly what we've come to expect from travel hotels these days. You get free parking, free breakfast, and free Internet. There is a small gym with three pieces of cardio equipment, and a small pool to relax in after a long drive. The building is new, clean, and very well maintained. "My stay was a pleasant one."
The hotel was great except for tobacco smoke smell in hall near the non smoking rooms. I understand that smokers sneak cigarettes in hall and that is hard to stop.
"New, modern, comfortble and clean"
We liked all of the many outlets in the room so we could plug our devices anywhere. I had a great night's sleep on a most comfortable mattress and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was a nice included breakfast but there weren't many rooms occupied on our stay so the food replenishment was limited. Country Inn & Suites seem to have found the formula to having consistently good hotels with excellent facilities and helpful staff. This one is no exception.
"Wow -More than we expected"
We stayed here after sitting in traffic for nearly six hours on I75 N. The roads were so bad, every hotel at every exit was booked. The country inn had rooms and the host moved meticulously through the long line of guest seeking rooms that night. It was a really nice room as well. The staff at this hotel was very friendly, and the room was better than expected, especially for the price. Would definately stay here again!
"Country Inn & Suites London, KY - Good place"
We thought the room was neat , clean and a great size. The only thing we did not like was the weight of the comforter (duvet) on the bed. It was too hot and heavy. Didn't like the fact that it served as a spread and a blanket. Unsure if the duvet cover is washed after each customer. Most hotels have done away with spread type covers. "GREAT"
THIS IS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS VERY VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS A VERY HARD KING SIZE BED. WAS TO HARD FOR MY BACK. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EXCEPT NO FRESH FRUIT. STILL WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THOUGH.

Right off the interstate, very easy to find. I would go back. If all Country Inn and Suites are like this one i couldn't stay at another chain. Its a newer hotel in the area. Best hotel I've ever stayed at
"Room problems"
We had difficulty with the keys for our room. The front desk did come up and correct the problem. At 1:00am the fire alarm went off and we were advised that there was a short in the system. This could happen at any hotel, but caused a short night,

"Traveling to TN"
The hotel was nice and convenient. I reserved the room through hotels.com but could have obtained a much cheaper rate through state diwcfount books.
"Breakffast"
Advertising for full breakfast is not true. It is continental breakfast which I will not recommend this hotel for people that want to have a decent breakfast. Otherwise, it is Okay.
Everything was great about this hotel with two exceptions: (1) When we went to make the pull-out couch into a bed we discovered there were no extra sheets, only pillow cases. (2) The pool area surface was extremely slippery to the point it was a safety concern with our children. "A top of the line Hotel!"
If you are looking for the qualities of a 4 star hotel, this is the place for you. We were so impressed with the luxury, service, immaculately cleanliness for the low price. We will definitely look for a Country Inn & Suites anytime we will travel!

The hotel was fine, although the breakfast could have had some healthier choices. The location, near a major road, was a convenience for us but there seemed to be only fast food outlets nearby. Steak 'n Shake was fine if greasy hamburgers are what you want.
"Hotel not what it is advertised to be"
There was food under the couch when we checked in. There was no wireless or wired internet. The clerk said it comes and goes. Apparently it went more than it came. We had a suite, the set up of the rooms were nice. It had 2 beds in the bedroom area. There was 3 of us so we had used both beds. The second day neither bed had clean sheets put on them and […] only one bed was made up. There was only one washcloth left in the bathroom. I tried to contact the front desk by pushing the button on the phone that was labeled front desk and only got a busy signal. I called the phone number of the hotel and the clerk answered when I told her I was in the hotel and had tried to contact the front desk, she informed me that the front desk button did not work and that I would need to dial "0".
