It was very comfortable. The only problem was the microwave had food in it but we told the maid & she took care of it right away. We had plenty of hot water while some of the others didn't have any hot water. The staff was very friendly & nice. They took care of the customer's needs. We loved our stay there, but a few things were out dated and a little run down. Mainly the bathroom. But other than that my self and family enjoyed our stay. We come up at least twice a year. When we do come back we will probably stay there again. Thank you, Snolen

Stay was great. The extra Hotel fee was a bit of a shock. The extra 32.00 for 2 nights puts the price up there with nicer hotels. The Breakfast was great.

Great hotel. Great location. Very clean, very nice. Beds not really comfortable. Room was a little too bright. Shower was only really bad part. Either really hot or really cold water. No in between.

ONLY THING HOT WATER SUCKED AS in an in a out kinda shower thing b4 u froze and no relaxing hot bubble bath it wasnt very romantic when water was barely warm, but the sink water got hot

A group of 6 adults stayed for two nights in december. Hotel staff were very accomadating and friendly, location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, breakfast was tasty and cozy, hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays, pool was enjoyable, deck was peaceful. Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel. Perfect location close to the park yet walking distance to most attractions in Gatlinburg. Most of the employees were nice and professional. The hot breakfast was great but one of the servers was a little grumpy speaking to the guests in a negative tone. I know the servers were passing on the hotel policy of once through the […] food line and limiting us to 2 sausages when asked for 3, a little ridiculous, but it was the manner in which he did so. As a retired Customer Service Rep I can see the need of a little more training for these people. Customers can really be difficult at times but an employee must treat each one with respect and recognize the customer is actually paying their wages. All in all we were greatly pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully the situation with the food server will be remedied. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel was fine. The room a little tight but clean. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint was getting slapped with the extra fees when we checked in. Also the indoor pool is in a seperate building which makes it a bit inconvenient when the weather is cool.

Hotel was wonderful! We were within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg since it is right on main street. We visit here at least once a year and will gladly book at this hotel again. Only downfall was the air condition didn't work, but the fan worked and that cooled down our room plenty enough.

Clerk made clerical errors with my debit card and my credit card creating over $1,000 in authorizations on my accounts. I discovered this on my way home from my trip while reviewing my accounts. Nice hotel in Gatlinburg, but average hotel anywhere else. Room was clean and comfortable, but you can tell that it was upgraded on the cheap. A few things to be aware of before making your reservation. You will be charged a resort fee roughtly equal to the discount of the room that basically covers stuff that normally comes with a standard room. This was a good hotel in a great location. All of the people working at the hotel were friendly and the room was comfortable with a small balcony. Only complaint was the very strong chemical odor in the elevators and in the lobby - I was glad it was clean but the strong odor was unnatural and made me wonder what kind of other odor they might be trying […] to cover up! I love the location of this hotel. It is right downtown from all of the restaurants & shops. The parking is good. They have a pool & hot tub in the back of the hotel. It is separate from the hotel. The pool & hot tub has a slow leak it them & so maintenance crews have to come out & fill it up with water ever so often. I was hoping that they would of […] had this fixed by now. My husband & I have stayed here many of times before. They did add new furniture around the pool area. The breakfast is included with your stay. It is a hot breakfast with lots to choose from. This is upscale for Gatlinburg. The location at the South end of the strip is conducive to quiet. Room clean and comfortable. Service very good. Above average breakfast and free parking included.

We already knew we were going to pay more for a nice hotel in Gatlinburg, but we were not told about an additional "resort fee" upon check in. That made the cost over-priced in our view. It's a very nice property with great amenities, but we would not pay that price again. Complimentary breakfast was nice, but extremely crowded area.

This hotel was a winner in almost every aspect. Cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful (I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes). At check in we were informed there was a $32.99 "RESORT FEE" for our 2 nights stay. After reviewing the Hotels.com print out which at the top said paid in full - there was fine print at the bottom that said there may be a $10 per day added fee. Hotel and location were great but I hate surprises - never happened before with Hotels.com

Stayed one night at the Clarion in Gatlinburg and it was a nice hotel. Room clean but a little small. Not much of a view from the balcany. The breakfast was great with real omlettes served to order. We love this hotel. This was our second trip to Gatlinburg in a month. Our second stay here as well. The location is out of the "touristy" area and near all our favorite activities. The breakfast is phenominal. We will go again soon.

We had a great time. We'd been gone and Gatlinburg was our half-way-decompress spot on the way home. We'd had some bad experiences in Gatlinburg before I studied hotels.com. This time, I read reviews, knew what I didn't want and chose Clarion for it's being away from the mob at the end of the street and my personal preference of a duvet instead of a […] bedspread. A surprise was nearby Howard's Restaurant. We went no further and had a lovely time. The complimentary breakfast at Clarion was out of this world.
