It included numerous hot and cold items and was quite tasty. We were right down the road from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. We had a few issues from the time we arrived. The registration counter was really sticky. I'm not sure what was on it but I didn't want to touch it. When we checked out two days later it was sticky again. We reserved 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds in a handicapped accessible room - no bath, very industrial feel. Our group of six had two rooms- Which means we spent over $600.00 At your hotel. We had adjoining rooms. We left our rooms at about 11 am. The bath consisted of the toilet and shower. We had to maneuver ourselves around just to close the door... and we are not large people. The towels were stored on a rack within the shower... leaving them to get wet or at least damp. My stay as pretty good. The room was not that clean upon arrival. There was still trash and visible dirt on the floor when I checked into my rom. The staff were amazing at this hotel. Everyone was genuinely caring.Ulasan tetamu Hotels.com yang asli
