We have stayed at this hotel many time in the past. It is nice and very clean which is the reason we always return for our weekend in Wmsbg.

This is a good, affordable hotel. It is right on Richmond road which means everything is really close. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants real close and a movie theater about 2 minutes away.

My husband and I (and our son in a separate room) were all very satisfied with the Fairfield Inn on our 10-day Christmas holiday trip. Our rooms and beds were comfortable and as expected. We got in on a special 20% off price through hotels.com so it was an excellent deal. We appreciated the breakfasts as it helped with the overall trip costs - although […] it was pretty full sometimes - they had yogurt and muffins to go. No problems to report. Our room and halls were very clean. Lots of restaurants on Richmond Road. We rented a car and thought it was reasonable to go back and forth to Colonial Williamsburg and other attractions. Comfortable one nite stay. No flat screen TV in room but for one nite on New Years Eve wasn't bad for the price. Chuck

Clean, convenient and perfect for a vacation where you plan to spend your time sightseeing and not lounging in yor room!

nice staff, good location, nice breakfast. Bed not great but not bad. Towels left alot to be desired but they don't have to worry about them being stolen :)

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff very exceptional. Breakfast sucked. So we went to the golden corral which was a short distance away. Pool was ok, not sure you have a hot tub that doesn't have jets.Might as well stayed in room and sat in thur bath tub. Recommend if you just in burg to shop.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The room was up to date, spacious and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with lots of room. The close proximity and easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I realy enjoyed the pool,hot tub and buffet. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I visit again, I will select this hotel.

Needs a little remodeling but all in all, a very good and clean place to stay. Close to the outlets one direction and close to Colonial Williamsburg the other direction and only 6 miles from Jamestown. We would definitely use this hotel again whenever visiting Williamsburg or vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Williamsburg, Virginia. It was a clean, quiet, pleasant atmosphere with a courteous and helpful staff. Stayed here while visiting W & M. Excellent, especially for the price. Room was perfect, breakfast was good, staff friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Me and my husband and my little girl spent 2 nights there, actually it's a clean hotel, but there has no fan in the restroom., and the toilet of our room has broken, so we ask for change to other room, the lady name nancy is very nice, she try to find one very nice room for us. she is very friendly .

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was great, however the room was less than desirable. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the floor didn't appear to be clean. The matresses on the beds kept sliding off of the frame. I loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn. We stayed there so we'd be close to Jamestown and Yorktown. The breakfast is very good for the price. You can make your own waffle, too. The staff was very friendly and conscientious. I also found it refreshing to NOT see those "Save the Planet" -- reuse your towel" signs, which I always find to be an insult to […] my intelligence. And I wasn't required to sign an agreement that I'd pay a hefty fine if I dared to smoke a cigarette. I wasn't going to anyway, but whenever I encounter those agreements -- seemingly everywhere these days -- I feel like a criminal. I felt free at the Fairmont. The hotel is centrally located and near most of the places we normally visit.

Great location, clean, nice, comfortable. Breakfast was good, not great, but free. Couldn't have asked for much better.

Was expecting a suite, they had booked us into a room instead. They had placed a roll away bed in the little hallway which left us with about a foot of room to get to the bathroom or to the door. I'm surprised it is legal to block an exit like that. The room was clean and quiet, but it did not fit our needs. When we asked to move, we were told they […] had no other rooms. Very reasonable price, even for the holidays. The facilities and rooms were neat and clean. All the amenities you would want in a hotel for a reasonable price.

requested quiet location- given room on main level right next to swimming pool and lobby. Extremely poor experience. Front desk personnel seemed completely disinterested in customer service.

Have stayed there several times before. Reliably nice clean rooms. The desk clerks were very nice, but they all had a habit of hiding in the back office much of the time. You had to ring a bell for service. Seemed odd for the day & early evenings. Breakfast was fine, typical fare, although they seemed to run out of milk, bread, etc more than once. The hotel was very easy to find and at a great location. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast wasn't all that great it was fun making our own waffles though they just didnt taste that good. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and check in and out was a synch!
