It should be noted that this hotel does not have kitchenettes nor does every room have a mini fridge. If you care about that then ask when you check in. Also the hot tub is no longer in service. Staff is friendly. Room was nice and bathroom clean. Great location right near the mall.

stayed with my 3 young boys for 1 night. management was fantastic as we checked in later in the afternoon and discovered the room had not been cleaned(there was a note from maid service on the bed). I called and the manager came up and helped us move across the hall and was very apologetic. He brought a few bags of chocolate for my kids with him. The […] pool was a bit grungy and is in need of a full reno. Rooms are a bit outdated and rundown. Bed was a bit soft for my liking; and traffic noise was a bit annoying(im a light sleeper). But it is central to shopping and there is a starbucks across the street; also the big mall is across the street. if the room was facing parking lot i am sure noise level would have been much less noticeable. we got a good price of hotels.com, and for a free breakfast included i can't really complain. good price and good location- safe neighborhood. would likely stay again on a girls weekend but not with the kids unless the pool was re-done. it was small, rundown and very cold. We have stayed here several times on our annual girls' shopping trip and will continue to do so. The location is perfect, room is clean and very comfortable, free breakfast is excellent, and the staff is really friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Good value. Better breakfast than a lot of hotels which offer breakfast. Hot tub closed. Pool cool. Heavy walkers in the room above can create noise and close to a busy road if you leave your window open. Otherwise great place to stay.

The hotel was clean, and quite nice. The beds were the pitts, so soft you just sunk in the middle.

I spent only one night, and I don't remember anything of importance. It's very average, probably you can get better deals for the same price. My friends stayed on another hotel a few blocks away and the restaurant and swimming pool were way better. Actually, I don't think there's a restaurant here. The breakfast was OK, you can make hot waffles and […] they have these JJ breakfast biscuits which are good. I was staying in a room close to the staircase and it was very noisy when people went up and down the stairs. Location is very good, just cross the road and you're at the mall. Rooms very simple and nice. Very nicely presented. Large bathrooms with nice shower/tub. Great breakfast selection. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed because of another silly Montana regulation that they had to wait to get done.

It's my favorite place to stay love it! The beds are so comfy and I love all the luffy pillows. Most motels you have to ask for extra pillows. So yes this is my fav.

This hotel was okay. Our room must have once been a smoking room because it had an odd smell. Room was simple, but clean. Pool was very small. On Saturday , the very small breakfast room had no tables available, but the breakfast was good and well stocked. This hotel was great because of the friendly staff and excellent location in the city. We were able to find restaurants and certain stores that we wanted with ease! Although the temporary Manager assigned there from another location was extremely helpful and professional, the condition my room was unbelievable. I have stayed with Marriotts for over 20 years and never have I experienced a dirty bed made up as if it were properly cleaned in the Marriott chain. The bathroom was also not cleaned appropriately and adequate […] hand towels and cleanex were missing. The courtesy of the manager could not make up for these disgraceful conditions. Stayed the weekend at this hotel, staff were excellent and knowledgeable of area. Very friendly and clean place with a nice small pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast had everything you wanted and the service was great. When I go back to Great Falls I know where were staying!!

My only complaint about this hotel is the same one I have with lots of hotels - they pile all these pillows on the bed and every single one of them is the same thickness - in this case they were all very fat. I find that so hard to sleep as your neck is almost up and down - the hotels should have varying thicknesses so people can choose. The Staff was very polite, courteous and very helpful. The Room was clean. The linens and towels were clean but at times appeared worn. The area outside was clean and the neighborhood appeared average for Great Falls. It was convenient for all of our needs.
