Ciri Hotel.
Sarova Panafric mempunyai spa perkhidmatan penuh dan kolam luar. Kawasan awam mempunyai akses Internet wayarles (surcaj dikenakan). Kemudahan perniagaan di hotel 3.5-bintang ini termasuk pusat perniagaan, bilik mesyuarat untuk kumpulan kecil dan meja bantuan teknologi. Antara pilihan menjamu selera di hotel ialah 2 restoran berserta dengan bar tepi kolam dan bar/ruang istirehat. Sarapan percuma boleh didapati. Kakitangan boleh menguruskan bantuan pelancongan/tiket, perkhidmatan perkahwinan dan penyajian acara. Katil mempunyai tilam busa ingatan dan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Akses internet wayarles kelajuan tinggi percuma disediakan. Bilik dilengkapi dengan televisyen plasma dengan saluran satelit premium dan saluran filem percuma. Semua penginapan disediakan dengan meja dan telefon dail terus dengan mel suara. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi, cermin solek/bercukur dan kelengkapan peribadi percuma.

"Sarova Panafric, service above expectations..."
During our visit to Kenya these 16 days, we have had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for three nights. This has really been a pleasant experience. Although the standard of the bath rooms could have been better, this is soon forgotten when you experience the friendlyness, effeciency and professionalty of the staff. "3 day stay"
I booked and paid on line without a problem. Took cheapest room facing road. Road noise not a problem . aircon worked. bed firm but comfortable. TV and minibar. Room clean and comfortable.Lifts worked staff pleaseant. Breakfast was terrible.Eggs had no flavour, sausages and bacon dried out- generally substandard Alan Jnb RSA
"excellent food and friendly service people"
we enjoyed most of our meals in the hotel dining room. The breakfast was included and was very comprehensive of all food types. Servers were helpful. The most friendly people in the hotel were the bellboys and the watchmen. the front desk was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff customer services are of the highest quality. "Sarova Panafric"
Stayed here twice, before & after Safari. Friendly & welcoming staff, some nice small touches with service (like packed breakfast for us at 4.30am when we departed). The hotel is very secure & safe. Good restaurant, delicious breakfast. The basic rooms really need an upgrade, they are dated & not up to scratch with the rest of the hotel. The hotel airport […] shuttle service is a total rip off, the wanted US$100 for four of us to go to the airport (I bargained down to US$50), when the regular taxi from the airport cost us only US$10. Returned to the Sarova Panafric following 2 weeks of wildlife safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. We were welcomed upon arrival and extended a cooling drink while the room registration was completed. Our room was a delight, particularly after the 2 weeks ön the road", and we again dined at the Hotel Restaurant which we earlier found to be both convenient […] and most satisfactory. Indeed, our overall experience with food choice and service was good. Having an early international flight the next morning, and with late notice, the Hotel promtly booked a transfer to the airport to conclude a most satisfactory stay at the Sarova Panafric. "Book via Hotels.com"
We turned up at this hotel after seeing it on Hotels.com which had said that there were 3 rooms available. When we asked the receptionist she told us that there was only 1 executive room left which was over 3x more expensive than on the Hotels.com. We then went back to the car, logged onto the internet and booked it through Hotels.com for the original […] price that was advertised! The hotel has a lovely reception, restaurant and bar. The standard hotel rooms are very basic and could probably do with a refurb but it's OK if you need a bed for the night. The food was lovely and there was plenty on offer for breakfast. "Sarova Panafric, Nairobi"
This is an excellent hotel. It is only 10 minutes very pleasant walk from the centre of town. The staff go out of their way to help you, the restaurant is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
The Hotel employees are all very helpful, friendly and polite. Always smiling and always willing to assist. If not for the staff , I would not have stayed there. They made my stay so conducive and comfortable despite certain imperfections -eg wifi connections are not strong enough to pick up for those with only handphones and the nearest convenience […] store/supermarket is quite far away. "standard rooms out dated"
Considering the money invested in the renovations of the lobby and quality of the restaurant restaurant, I was disappointed by the standard rooms are small, out datted and despite booking a room with a queen bed, I got to single beds. I don't feel I got my moneys worth.

"Overpriced, but ok"
Currently undergoing major works in the lobby. Constant banging - expected finish in March. General 60's feel about the place. High noise levels from road, with poor sound insulation. Food ok. Very good and friendly staff. Nairobi in general is massively overpriced for hotel accomodation. Would recommend the Heron down the road as a better and cheaper […] alternative. Baca selanjutnya

"Hotel Sarova Panafric"
The hotel was undergoing major construction works so many of the public areas were inaccessible. Only one lift was working. The reception staff were unprepared for my visit. (See comments above). The approach to the rooms is dowdy and messy. The room itself did not feel that clean. The bathroom was old and grubby with water stains and calcification […] over the plumbing. The room was also very warm and noisy with street traffic. If the verandah doors were opened the noise and exhaust fumes were overwhelming. However the breakfast was very good, fresh and varied. This hotel cost me more than double that of the excellent Laico Regency and more even than the nearby Fairview. It is considerably more comfortable than sleeping rough though. Baca selanjutnya

"Maffigt företagshotell med slitna rum"
We were overwhelmed by the hotel's size, the lobby and reception. Unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The beds are rock hard and the room felt worn. However, they were cleaned every day. For those of us who traveled as friends, there are certainly better hotels than this. It was very business oriented. We tested the SPA-facilities and found […] that it was located in a worn staff apartment at the loading docks to the hotel. Okay treatments but a bit low in standard. Servicen er helt topp, en fantastisk resturant. Helt greie rom, rent og pent overalt. 10 min gange fra sentrum. (City market). 5 min gange til central park.

otelin yeri çok güzel (şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşıldığı için) Kahvaltısında beyaz peynir ve zeytin yok. Peynir çeşitliliği artırılmalı. genel olarak güzel personel güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı.
