I felt at home as the staff greeted me with a warm smile every morning. I thought the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping seemed overzealous to me, everytime I get back my room is all cleaned up. I wish they'd let me have the option of not having my towels replaced. The elevator and A/C has seen better days though. I definitely will stay here again.

University Inn is very conveniently located just five blocks west from University of Washington campus. Lots of fun places to shop and eat in between the hotel and campus. We loved being able to bring our two Westies with us! They had very comfy beds to sleep on provided by the Inn. We arrived on short notice and were welcomed by a very friendly staff that upgraded our room. We enjoyed the contemporary design and the thoughtfulness that went into the layout. The second sink was a welcome addition off of the bathroom, and the triangular window offered a very good view of the street activity. The king size bed was very comfortable, […] and it was very handy to have a mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was perfect for us as we were always on the go. The hotel offered complementary transit to downtown from the university district so we could leave our car in the on site parking lot. "Clean, civilized port in storm for weary travelers"
Found this place using the hotels.com app. Tired and had to get off the road, and this place fit the bill wonderfully. Think high-end student accommodations converted to boutique hotel, and you get the flavor. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, on the backside of the hotel overlooking the parking lot.
