"Norcross Hotel"
The hotel was older, but nicely maintained. My biggest complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable.

Front desk staff was friendly. Nice hot tub that we had to ourselves the two times we used it. Room was clean and comfy, except for the chairs, desk chair leaned so far back I thought it might fall over .....needs replacing. Upholstered chair had a large whitish stain on the upper back. Breakfast was great, we traveled with some young teenagers from our church and they accommodated our needs. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

This place was quiet, nice and comfortable. I loved that we were able to see the pool from our room, that it was quiet and the breakfast buffet! This is a great place to take the kids or for a romantic retreat.

The hotel is just a short distance from I 75. Very easy to get to. Pool area was clean and well kept. There are many food choices within walking distance plus a strip mall that has several nice stores. No busy roads with lots of traffic and quiet.

My reseverations were made for double queen size beds. When we got to the room, it was a single room with a sleeper sofa. I did not reserve this type of room. When I tried to call the front desk to notify the receptionist of the wrong room, I was sent straight to voicemail which was stated as "full". So I was not able to leave a voice mail. There were […] no extra linen for the sleeper sofa, and we were not able to find anyone to give us linen for the sleeper sofa. I feel as though the room rate was too much for the room type, however, I am willing to let that go. The service was very poor. The receptionist was nice and it was apparent that she had been "sleep". We arrived at about 4:00 am and I can understand why she was sleepy. . What I don't understand is I was not able to notify her of her mistake via phone miscommunication and I was not about to get up and drive back around to the front entrance because I was exhausted from a long drive. "Great room for the money"
We went to GA for a graduation, the Hotel was about 1 or 2 away but i was GREAT, nice and clean. Bed was a King size bed with nice clean sheet. TV had cable channels. OH the staff was wonderful and they had breakfast in the morning and snacks a night )but it a machine. Overall the Hotel was very good and i would stay again and again.

I reviewed this hotel and saw that it had all great reviews so i booked a room for me, my husband and 3 children. When we arrived at the hotel we were thrilled with how clean and bright and fresh the room was. We were there for 4 days 3 nights and loved every minute of it.
