Days Inn Nashville - Opryland Area - Nashville

We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us, next to a go-kart track,(which you could not hear inside the hotel room!) and around the corner from Cooter's and very close to Opryland Resort. The breakfast was simple which worked for us. I would recommend it.

Nice staff, great location, steps to The Gayoord Opreland Hotel, and plenty of eating places, very comfortable.

Very dated. No newspaper for 4 days. Skimpy breakfast. Not recommended.

If you want a place that you can walk across the street to LP Field then this is the place. Downtown and the River are also walkable from there. I am glad I didn't have to stay more than one night, the room we had, had that old hotel smell that most place don't have anymore, no amenities in the room except a tv

Great hotel to stay in Nashville for the price, close to Opry Land, lots of restaurant nearby and close to Hi way. VERY VERY nice and polite staff. will gladly stay there again on future visits.

this motel is close to opryland...BUT was dirty!When we got into our room, it was dirty ( hair in Bathroom and a noodle on the floor by the bed!) I told the front desk lady, and she said, nothing she could do about it until morning! Next few days, our room never got any cleanier! Also, our toilet didn't flush right, and our family in the room next door […] to us, didn't have their AC working! Maintence did come and fix the toilet and AC...But room was never cleaned right! great place to stay. Opryland w/in walking distance. Staff very nice & helpful. The shower was the best of all on my cross country trip. Left camera hopefully will figure out where it is?

I only stayed one night since I was in town for a convention and arrived a day early to enjoy a few sights. The service was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Overall great experience. Not a bad hotel. Had the nicest hotel clerk I think I have ever met!

The funky smell in the room was nauseating. And the hallways was probably never cleaned, only airfreshener on top of dirt. I truly hope that the other rooms are better, if not then don´t stay there!

We stay here every year on our way south and back from Michigan. Every thing is always clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. Love the continental breakfast for a fast morning start on the road.

Very nice attendant, the room was as expected nothing luxurious but sufficient for myself and my son. Nothing to complain about here.

Room was very clean. New mattress on last night, before that bed was slightly uncomfortable. Would stay there again.

The room was fine except the bathroom was dirty, The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the paint was pealing on the ceiling. The continental breakfast had old rolls and fruit.

We stayed at the Days Inn on the way to another location so for one night, it wasn't bad. Great location if you are visiting Opryland and it's only 15 minutes or so to downtown. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was ok. If you are on a budget, it's a pretty good deal.

Good clean hotel. Plenty to do at nite in walking distance from hotel. You could even walk to grand ole opry from here if your fit. We would stay here again, no problem. We have stayed downtown before for a few days and we were glad to leave. But this location offers much more. You can catch a bus from near the hotel to go downtown. I stayed here when it was Red Roof Inn and that was 4 yrs ago and back then, I thought maybe it was just the hotel chain as it was kind of dingy and run down, outside door didn't latch properly and kind of smelled musty but when I heard Days inn now had it, I expected it to be bright and clean...same broken door latch, same stinky smell, would not stay […] there again...definitely not what is expected from Days Inn. The air conditioning was good in the room. However, the maid service was poor. The first maid we received had to be told what to clean but the last maid who came in on our last day is a good job and did not have to be told what to do. The carpet was nasty and needed cleaning. This hotel is located across the street for the Opryland Hotel. It has shopping and restaurants and night life all within walking distance. There is a shuttle to downtown and to the Opry. The only downside is the hallway carpeting needs replacing bad and we hope when we come back after the first of the year it will have had been replaced. Not anything fancy but very convenient location to Gaylord's Opryland area -- about one mile from the convention center and hotel. The breakfast is an added benefit and the rooms are quite large.

Water leak on luggage, the room had a smell to it. carpet was not pleasing to the eyes.

I have stayed in several hotels in the Nashville area and this one is okay. I do prefer having a fridge and other things in my room for about the same price, or less. There are other, better places but on short notice this was a decent deal.

All needs are meet. Room clean, and it is a good place to stay. Breakfast is OK, but not great.

Slightly disappointed in toiletries. Room had a sign if we were missing any essential toiletries to go to front desk and they would be supplied. Room had two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner or 2 in 1 either. I checked at front desk and they don't supply this. I had a horrible time combing out my hair. The hotel was not as newly renovated or updated as I'd hoped but the fact that it is just don't the street from Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry and walking distance to other activities and eating areas it was an enjoyable stay. They also offer a shuttle to the Opry so that you do not have to mess with the parking.

This hotel was in a nice safe quiet area but close enough to where we could walk to some local bars and things..The cab fair was 25 dollars to downtown which is cheaper than staying downtown..

We have always stayed at a particular hotel and intended to do so this time. The hotel we usually stay at increased their rates to an astronomical amount during CMA Fest. I then chose Days Inn which whose rates were about the amount I usually expect to pay at a hotel and was absolutely blown away by the whole experience. Hotel was spotlessly clean, […] staff was unfailingly courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Beds were comfortable, rooms were roomy, shower was great. Breakfast was very good, more than adequate. I was overjoyed to find a hotel with such great features at such a reasonable price. I will absolutely stay here again since they don't practice price gouging! Stay here, you won't be sorry!! Oh, the location was great, too! Is cheap, but not very nice at all. Hallways smelled like mildew & carpet in rooms felt sticky, I would not take my shoes off. Thank goodness my daughter is not crawling yet because she would not have on those floors. Beds slept ok, but would have rather paid out more for a nicer hotel.

Dette er andre året jeg har valgt Days Inn Opryland så jeg visste stort sett hva jeg gikk til - nå var det imidlertid slik at hele Opryland har ligget 4-6 meter under vann etter påsken 2010, og alt på Opry området er stengd frem til nytår etter hva de sier - Days Inn ligger litt på en høyde så de unngikk flommen - men vi var to familier som overnattet […] her 2 og 4 døgn og begge oss opplevde rommene nå som svært fuktige noe vi tror skyldes fuktighet i grunnen - vet ikke om noen annen forklaring - det gikk ikke å tørke klær inne på rommet selv om gradestokken viste godt over 30 grader Celcius - badet er ellers lite og nokså slitt - air.condition bråker litt mer enn vanlig, men ellers som USA moteller flest - og jeg har besøkt en god el nå fra Øst-kysten til Midt-vesten i USA - ligger greit til i forhold til Opryland når dette en gang åpner igjen.
