"good location"
hotel was good ,except room wasnt very clean at all. dust ruffle was completely off the bed, dont know why! bathroom needed attention, wasnt cleaned well at all not to mention there were 4 of us in the room with only enough towels for two . food was good, room service was fast & staff was very polite! yes we would go back.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean. BAthroom lighting was terrible which drives me crazy. No exhaust fan. Bathroom could use updating.
"sheraton in leominster"
The front desk was a little too preoccupied and the "king" size bed was more like a queen but I wasn't there long enough to try the food, bar or pool. If I had I would most likely have given a better rating

"Nice Lobby! That is about it.Heat -Ac Redo!"
Beds were old and uncomfortable, the corners of the room not vacumed in any corners or under the bed and the heat unit filthy and outdated. Lucky I bring my Lysol wipes with me when I travel so I can go over everything and clean it so I can sleep. On the bright side there were no bedbugs! Did that check on check in. The shower liner was filthy ,smelly,but […] the maid switched it for me. Very sweet! Tips will get you good service and the room was cleaner the next day! "Safe option for the area"
I am originally from this area and return once or twice a year to visit family. I've stayed in several other local hotels and keep coming back to the Four Points. The hotel is attractive, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The fitness room is small but I was very happy with the cardio machines. Check in and out was very easy. Having […] said that, the hotel staff needs basic hospitality training. The folks at reception were pleasant enough but every time we saw them they were gossiping with each other or chatting on the phone with friends, very unprofessional. We said hello to them and they ignored us, I guess they couldn't be bothered to interrupt their conversation. Housekeeping was very sloppy and should probably be audited by Sheraton. The bathroom was nice and clean, but our room had blown light bulbs, thin sheets, a dirty comforter, not enough pillows and stained euro pillows with no cases, empty tissue dispenses, etc. They also skipped straightening our room, which I don't understand, as we saw them in the hallway and talked with them, so they knew the room was empty. Attention to detail matters, especially when it comes to housekeeping. I didn't bother complaining because, based on previous visits, I've learned to keep my sense of humor high and my expectations low when staying here. Also, the towels in the pool area should be replaced ASAP. No excuses. Beggars can't be choosers when visiting this part of Massachusetts. There aren't many choices in this area so it's best to keep expectations in check. Unless some competition comes along, I will continue to stay at this hotel when visiting the family. "OMG Never Again"
Reserved a King Size Room and was given a full size, after calling the front desk we were "upgraded" to a queen room. Next day we went out and upon returning 7 hours later we walked into a room that had not been cleaned and no fresh towels were available. After calling the front desk we were given fresh towels and a $6.00 voucher for some sort of snack. […] The heater was very loud and had a bad smell. I would never visit this hotel again. The lobby is well maintained, but our room was dirty and the mattress was worn out. The cleanliness of the room was far below the standards I would expect from a Sheraton - more like what I would expect from a Super 8 with several big rigs parked outside. "NIce hotel - helpful staff"
Recently spent a weekend at this hotel for business. At check-in I noticed a wedding party gathering. I was a bit concerned, as I had planned on dining in the hotel restaurant (often, if there is a large event, service for the average customer is diminished). Service and food were both great. "Four points Sheraton"
At about 7 am on Sunday, the town as a power outage. That meant, no elevator, no lights, etc. I would suggest that the staff be prepared to respond and be available to guests when this happens. There should have been staff stationed at each floor elevator, directing guests to the stairs and offering to carry bags for older/frailer folks. The desk folks […] were actually ignoring the event, as if they didn't say anything, it would not be acknowledge. Also, hotel staff should have been stationed at the main doors. People, unfamilar with the door system, do not know to pull the doors open when they are not working, folks were just standing there. "Not a 3-star hotel"
Don't get me wrong, I liked the hotel. But it was more like a 2-star hotel than a 3-star. The hotel lobby was big and beautiful, and there were lots of function rooms. The guest rooms were very similar to what I would see at a Holiday Inn Express, except that the bedding was better than the all-polyester chic that the HEI has. There was no alarm clock […] in the room, so I was always grabbing my phone to look at the time. There was no microwave or fridge. When we got there, the hotel was fully booked and the front desk person told us that our reservation for a King room was put in as a "preference" and not a requirement, so we ended up getting a 2-Double room. The mattresses were hard, but were not as bad as some other hotel mattresses I've had the misfortune of experiencing. The location was good, right off of the highway. The breakfast.... imagine the same pre-made frozen & reheated pastries, scrambled egg-product, and fried options that you would find at any other chain hotel's continental breakfast. Except now you get to pay $13/person plus tip for the same food. At least they had room service (but it's the same food as the buffet). If this were a Holiday Inn Express or similar hotel, I'd be perfectly happy with it. But it wasn't what I expected for something with the Sheraton name. Baca selanjutnya

"Don't Judge a Book by its Cover!"
The cover of this book, the exterior and lobby of the hotel, would lead you to believe you're getting a night at a nice hotel. That's where it ends. Soon as you get in the elevator you see (and smell) that this hotel is ancient. Stale smell all the way to the room with the crappy a/c, fuzzy TV, very uncomfortable bed, and nasty shower. Would recommend to anyone. Room was large enough for 4 people with 2 double beds, even though we were only 2. It was very clean. I would have like this hotel a lot more if it were actually DEEP cleaned. It seemed clean on the surface, but when I looked closely, there was a lot of trash and small papers, hair etc in the main areas and elevator. "so sad"
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over two years but on my next trip i will seek another hotel.. i found the employees to be unconcerened about the guest, the maintenance leaves a lot to bd desired. we had to slam the door to get it to close and it let in enough light from the hall to rread by. The staff was nice, the bed comfortable, the food was nothing special, the feather pillows were the worst, the floor outside the elevator was not vacuumed the 4 days we were there-the same M&Ms were in the same spot from Thursday night until we left on Monday morning. There were no washcloths available the last night (?).
"Best place to stay near Fitchburg?"
Convenient location, plenty of parking and nice lobby, pool, restaurant and cardio fitness room. Staff was courteous and professional. Rooms are average size. Mattress is dated and pillows are flat. We slept at a "decline" angle until we got new pillows at a nearby Target. Outlets are scarce -- we used 2 3-way extension cords to power phone chargers, […] camera battery chargers and laptops. Will hotels ever get this right? Door reveals light all the way around -- would not protect against smoke in case of fire. UV testing revealed a couple of anomalies on the bed sheets, the floor and wall in the bathroom, and also dust was revealed on the corners of walls and floor. I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton because the Marriott that our conference was in was booked. I was glad I did. Both days at the Marriott I developed a headache during the conference. "Four Points - Leominster"
Hotel was in good condition, the rooms clean and comfortable and convenient to the freeway. The only downside was that there was not much of a selection of places to eat close by.

It was a quick overnight stay. This hotel was convenient to Worcester and just what we needed for the night. Clean room and good bathroom.
I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying there next year !!

Was close to the college we were looking at. City overall was a dump. We would not even get out of the car to look at the college, a total waste of time. While in the restaurant, the waitress cleaned all of the crumbs off the table onto the floor right infront of me, it was gross. the mattresses are in need of updating.

This is a beautiful hotel in Leominster. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lounge and restaurant equally nice. Especially enjoyed the hot apple cider on those crisp cool days.

This hotel is close to the highway and shopping. The room was comfortable but we were short on towels.

The hotel is nice and all. The only problem we had was that we paid for 2 QUEEN beds, but our room had, actualy, 2 FULL beds. The 2nd night I slept on the floor, so that my wife could sleep better. The receptionist told us they did no have any other room available for an exchange. We were there for a two days soccer tournament.
