The room was cheap and adequate. If you are looking for a low cost room that you are not going to spend a lot of time in, then this is good. The rooms are small,but mostly clean. The hotel is on the parkway so you can walk to all the shops. The pool was way over chlorinated to the point where it burned our eyes for hours afterward. The indoor pool was not in working order, We were there on a trip with our Venture Scouts (which are teenagers) and we were not able to use the pool during our down time. We were never told that the pool was not functional at check in or prior to coming. Apparently, it has been out of order for quite awhile!!! Also, one rooms microwave did not work […] . "Will never stay here again"
The first night we were up all night because the walls were so thin you could here everthing outside. Next morning got ready for a shower and had no hot water. We call the front desk and was told they would check into it, we did not hear from them so we call the front desk 3 times and they would not answer our calls so we all had to take a cold shower. […] The next morning we did have a little hot water but they did not call us to let us know anything or even offer to change our rooms.
