I was supprized to find no luggage stands available. The room had a very cheap coffee maker. The lack of a continental breakfast added to the cost of the stay. I expected more for the almost $100/night cost.

Service was great! Hotel was eerie quiet. I was placed on the 4th floor in the way back. There were less then 15 cars in the parking lot which made me wonder, Why am I having to go so far? Hotel was very comfortable and I would stay again! Just not in the back 40! ;)

Easy access to & from the freeway. Close to shopping (a few blocks) & hospital (Mt Hood). Bar wasn't open when we arrived at 4:30pm and was closed when we returned after shopping at 10:30 or 11pm Breakfast was extra, went up the block to a fantastic place (Elmer's on Burnside) ordered what we wanted for the same price. Hotel was just ok, an out of the ordinary location with nothing real close. Not knowing the area when we booked, it wasn't close to eating or shopping. But it was ok, just not what we expected.

It worked for the cause. Not ideally located w/ respect to proximity to the Edfield since parking there was limited, but suitable overall.

The hotel is in a decent location but some of the promised amenities that supposedly justify why the rates are significantly higher than similar nearby hotels didn't deliver for me at least. The hotel bar and restaurant, an amenity most of the nearby competition didn't offer, was a joke. First it's only open from 5-9, the bar has no atmosphere, and […] the vibe of the whole place seemed like the employees would be as surprised as anyone if people actually wanted to hang out there. The included buffet breakfast was decent and the server very friendly, however, don't try to order off the menu for breakfast. When I checked in the staff seemed proud to tell me that my rate allowed me to order breakfast off the menu instead of the buffet if I wanted to. The first morning of my 3 day stay I decided to do that. The server seemed shocked and admitted she never has anyone do that. A few minutes after ordering eggs benedict I was told they were out of english muffins (probably never had any) and when the dish arrived (on a piece of sourdough cut in half) it had no meat of any kind on it and the "hollandaise" consisted of melted cheddar over eggs poached hard. From check in to check out my experience was overall pretty good. Comfortable room and the bed was lovely. Only 2 things could be improved upon with the room - 1) the AC barely kept it cool - not sure if it was because the room faced west or if because the AC was old and just didn't provide enough cooling. 2) Window coverings - a blackout curtain for […] morning would have been appreciated...the room became way too bright way too early. Breakfast buffet was pretty good - although I'm not a fan of buffets as a rule...too much contamination danger but I appreciate the cost effectiveness. Coffee could have been much better - not sure what brand is used but man oh man time to step up and get something better...especially in the room - blah! The proximity to the event I attended was a large factor in my selection of the hotel and so I am pleased that my overall experience was good. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel was fine. Not great but about what we expected from a Holiday Inn. Air conditioner was noisy. Again, typical of the single a/c units found at this type of hotel. Bar/cafe limited hours. Breakfast was good.

My kids and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Holiday Inn Gresham, OR. We were given a complimentary membership in their Priority Members Club which entitled all three of us to a free breakfast in their restaurant. The food was great, beds were super comfortable, and staff were extremely helpful and courteous!

Expensive, given the lack of a refrigerator in the room, no complimentary breakfast, and the late opening of the restaurant in the morning.

wish there would have been a mini fridge in our room and the toilet was not very clean upon our checkin, other than that I had to sign up for a holiday in preference card to get the free breakfast that comes with most other hotels that I have stayed at, was free so it wasnt a big deal but just one more thing.

Had a good stay. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub my entire stay. My grandkids really enjoyed it. Good service in the dinner also.

WE FOUND THE ROOM VERY CLEAN, HOUSE KEEPING VERY COROPRATIVE IF WE WANTED MORE TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC. THE GROUNDS OF THE INN WERE VERY WELL GROOMED AND THIS PLACE IS VERY PET FRIENDLY.. WE DID NOT EAT IN THE BAR AN GRILL BUT AROUND TOWN IN DIFFERENT PLACES BECAUSE OF OUT SCHEDULE. Negatives: bed was too firm. No fridge/mw in room (although i think they could be requested, still for the rate i think they should be included). Pillow menu idea was silly -- who's going to take the time to ask for a different pillow. Bathroom VERY small but water pressure good. Better things: Pool was ok. Restaurant was ok but they were out of some […] things on the menu. Back to neg: No hot choc on the breakfast buffet so had to pay $3.50 -- how hard would it be to put some packets out? Bottom line: this hotel was SUPERCLOSE to our event and easy to find, so it met our needs but I would likely stay elsewhere if we went back to the area. Baca selanjutnya

The lobby was nicely appointed and clean. Our room was very clean & comfortable. We were disappointed that the lounge/restaurant was closed at 4PM when we went down for a drink & snack. Despite that though, we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is fantastic, the people are extremly friendly. The food is GREAT, the rooms were very moderen and extremly nice, Free FAST wifi. Great place.

It was generally good. However the room didn't have closeable shades and had two outside security lights that shown in to the room all night. The room was also a bit too warm and was hard to regulate the temperature. This was more noticeable at night.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. However, the advertised "restaurant" was only open very limited hours. The room was clean, and comfortable the staff friendly. The indoor pool and spa was convenient, but completely without charm. The "conveniences" were not convenient enough for me and I will stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel was just the place we needed, it was close to our relatives homes and close to places we wanted to see, and the hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful to our needs.

Loved everything about hote except the TV in the room. Still the old picture tube and viewing was very poor.

I chose this location since I do a lot of work in the downtown and metro areas of Portland as well as trying to get up to Mt. Hood for some snowboarding. Right off Hwy 26 and close to a lot of choices of places to eat and hang out. Downtown Gresham is pretty sweet too. The hotel even has a lounge and restaurant on site.

I was dissapointed that there was no continental breakfast. Well, there was but it was $9. The resteraunt there had lousy food. The room was so so. I've sayed in much nicer Holiday inn Expesses. The morning desk person wasn't very freindly. I won't stay there again.

The hotel was nice enough to stay for one night and the beds had nice comfy beds and covers. There was a wedding there the night we stayed so I think it was a bit louder than usual ... and ... the next mornings breakfast took literally an hour from sit down to service! Our server, Hannah, (who was also pulling double duty as the front desk clerk) was […] TOTALLY Awesome. Not overly apologetic (which was good!) and she offered my mother and I a bowl of fruit to tide us over until the food arrived. The initial service when we arrived at the restaurant was not so great. The hostess/ other waitress was way too concerned with whether or not we had a coupon and refused to seat us until we provided her with an answer. My mother just said "May we eat here or not?!?" Not the best way to start her mothers day. Again, Hannah made it up to us with her professionalism and pleasant attitude! Close to the Mt Hood Community College which was why we stayed there ... and although the food was decent at the hotel, there are close enough options near by. Baca selanjutnya

Hotel was perfectly located, very quiet given that it is off the freeway, for our event in Fairview. Most hot breakfast items were gone by 9:30 ish, so disappointed there. Very well kept grounds and hotel was very clean. Some repair issues, carpeting pulled away from door in bathroom and the back door needed a new threshold. This hotel was not far from downtown Portland, about 25 minute drive. It was close to food and right off the freeway. Great clean pool, amazing service, comfortable clean rooms, couldn't ask for better!

Excellent! The room quality exceeded our expectations & the staff was friendly & helpful. We used the pool & hot tub (both in good working order). Convenient location: we hit the Columbia Gorge/Multnomah Falls area, stayed at this hotel & then spent the next day in Portland.
