the hotel is absolutely what you would expect for 5 stars..... a few issues though.... they still charge a day rate for the internet which is absurd at the price, and irritating. The room service menu is absurdly overpriced, to the point that you feel assaulted. Apart from this it is a great hotel. Superb hotel and vrey friendlty staff. The best in Milan.The desapointing part that i Had to pay 27 euros every 24 hours for using the internet and there was no Kettle and free coffee available in the room. If they can offer the above for free that would be amazing. I will come back.

People were very friendly, hotel was very clean. The bar was expensive but the Friday night music was outstanding so it was worth it. The location was not a problem because they have shuttle to the center. We where there in December so we used the shuttle instead of walking. I think it will be a good walk on a nice day. This is a good hotel, not far from Doumo, like 10 min by walk. Large and clean room. But I didn't get breakfast included, so I had to pay 45 euro extra for it. Breakfast was good, but I don't think it cost that much.

A short taxi ride from the Central rail station (one subway stop) and the Duomo (two subway stops), this hotel provdes excellent service and all modern conveniences. It would be close to perfect if it did not charge for internet connection--an offensive practice in a fully priced upscale hotel.

Overall the hotel is very beautiful and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Likewise the morning breakfast, included in our price, was very good. We had a problem with a package missing from either the trunk of our car OR our room which we were never able to recover. Had it not been for this our stay would have been perfect. Great hotel in a quiet and convenient nightborhood -- 25 minute wald to the Duomo, but the hotel has a free shuttle that will take you there if you don't want to walk.

The staff were outstanding, especially the concierge service. Hotel in great location with free shuttle to the centre, although its only 15 mins walk and 5 minutes from central train station.. We stayed here for a weekend. The hotel us stunning. Staff exceptionally well trained. Spa a little tired but nothing major. Hotel has an excellent location. 15 minute walk from MilAn Centrale Station. Three stops on the underground. Breakfast was wonderful but get a deal where it's included, otherwise 37.50 euros.... Per person! This is truly a five […] star hotel, but has five star beverage prices to match. On a Saturdsy night we ate in town but decided to have a nightcap. Two single measure whiskies were a jaw dropping 43 euros. We would return, the rooms, ours was 515, huge bed, over 8 feet wide. Rainfall showers with Aqua de Palma toiletries. The hotel and staff were fine. My main complaint was the quality of the breakfast we had in our room. Yes it was exactly what it said it was ( bread and coffee with 'fresh' orange juice) but at 37 euros per person it was totally uninspiring. It also arrived early. If you book breakfast between 8 and 8.30 dont bring it at 7.45. Also on out visit the public toilets were being refurbished and from the bar one had to go upstairs to literally a bathroom ( the same as we had in our room ) which when we visited it was filthy. great staff,very professional ,very welcoming. rooms are big,clean,big and clean bathrooms. hotel looks great,rich. the only thing - make sure that book breakfast once it is euro 51 for full American breakfast and euro 45 for continental breakfast. Also pricing for room service are overrated (euro 32 for a club sandwich)..

Except for the overpriced continental breakfast, the Principe is a solid business hotel with the attraction of a good gym.

When so many hotels have forgotten the art of hospitality... This "GRAND DAME" of Milan shows it is not lost! I can not begin to express in words how amazing this hotel is. The amenities and just plain simple friendly atmosphere. KUDOS to the staff and concierge team. I can't wait for my next trip to Italy.

I love this hotel!!! Beautiful and very luxurious private quiet rooms, great large luxurious bathrooms, great location, Great lobby, great restaurant attached that has a smoking room which is almost unheard of anywhere in Milan, for cigar lovers. The only mild complaint are the hard beds, but isn't that all over in Italy???

Had a great two night stay at this hotel with my wife. Hotel is gorgeous and staff both friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the price of food and drink. The food was good and so maybe justified but £26 for a single bourbon and coke is pure daylight robbery. We loved everything about the Principe di Savoia, from beginning to end. When we arrived early morning, after the red-eye from NY, we were given early check-in, an upgrade, and -- having told the front desk that we were celebrating our 10th Anniversary -- a bottle of champagne, compliments of the hotel. The outstanding service only continued from there. […] Worthy of particular mention is one of the members of the ample Concierge staff, Massimo -- who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and made the reservations, also regularly checking in with us to make sure we were finding everything to our liking. We have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, and the Principe di Savoia, owing principally to its wonderful staff and beautiful premises, certainly ranks at the highest level. We stayed in a Tower Suite - good size and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though a bit off from the shopping areas, shuttle service is available for free and ver convenient. We're very pleased with our stay and will be back.

The Principe is a very nice Milano hotel that provides good service and nice accommodations for the price. The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the concierge staff was most helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and sightseeing help. The rooms are nice and very quiet. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Bit of a mixed bag: +ves Staff were attentive and consistent with expectations of a 5+ star hotel. Rooms are stylishly furnished. -ves Food in hotel over priced for the quality. Location not great tourists would be better nearer the Duomo. Location noisy on major tram and metro interchange. Concierge restaurant recommendations patchy (one excellent, […] 2 poor). Bad experience on the Saturday night. Because the hotel is large it caters for corporate parties and similar. On the Saturday night the music from one party went on until 12-45 a.m. so loudly that the room was shaking, this was a second floor room therefore the room below must have been uninhabitable. Would recommend prospective guests check they are higher up the hotel and enquire about any functions in the hotel during their stay. Unfortunately Duty Manager was disinterested in our complaints eventually offering that we could move room at 12-30 a.m. having assured us the event would stop by midnight as that was the hotel policy, but he felt unable to dissappoint 300 party guests. Therefore having dropped in to have a look at a few would suggest one of the other 5+ start plus boutique hotels catering for private travellers. Baca selanjutnya

I highly recommend this hotel. One caveat: I've stayed there three times, always in the same class of rooms and the quality varied a bit. But if you ask, they change the rooms for you.

This is a beautiful hotel located not far from the train station. There is a complimentary shuttle and limo that will take you into the city center until 6:30 pm. The concierge staff, front desk and bell desk staff are top notch and very friendly.
