I booked a suite with a whirlpool tub just for an overnight get-away for my husband's birthday. I am very pleased with this hotel - but I am not a picky person. No, it's not the cleanest; but the bed sheets were clean, as well as the sink tops, toilet, shower and whirlpool tub. It's also not the most up-to-date as far as decor, appearance, etc. But […] I booked this room because we've stayed before and all I wanted was peace and quiet away from 4 children! I can't speak about the quality of the pool, hot tub or food - as both times my husband and I have stayed here we either didn't leave the room or went to the casino next door; slept in and missed breakfast. :) If you're one of those travelers that's going to wear a white glove and run your finger over the baseboard and then rant about the dust in a review - stay elsewhere. They put us up in a suite on the 2nd floor that was absolutly falling apart. They moved us to a different suite right underneath that one on the first floor. It wasnt as bad, but they definitely need a remodel job.

We stayed in a King Suite with a whirlpool in the room. It was great. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. We will most definitely stay here again. We were super pleased.

was very bothered by customer service.lady at check in was great, person on night shift needed a customer service class. was not at all happy with the size of room and asked to upgrade to a suite. was told we dont do that! in a rude response. if you really want that you will have to check out and pay another hotel rate which I thought was ridiculous. […] will most likely stay at Harahs going forward after this service Baca selanjutnya

For the price, this motel can't be beat. The breakfast was okay- I recommend the blueberry muffins. If you get a smoking room, remember to crack your window as there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Room has a stuffy smoke smell even I don't like. Lady at the front desk was an awesome sweet help.

I have stayed at better hotels for cheaper. We wanted to have a mini vacation with our son. The pool was too cold so was the room it was in. Both days our keys wouldn't let us in and had to be redone. The second day no keys would let anyone into the hotel everyone had to walk around to the front. We also had a mouse in our hotel room. Good luck finding this place with a GPS. Plan on calling and getting directions. Non-smoking room was okay if you could find your way through the smoking stench of the halls.

Good value for the money. Close to the casino but you do have to take your car to get there. If there was a shuttle, we were not informed.

The Hotel was hard to find. My GPS even got confused, but once I could see it, I got there with no problem. The staff was very pleasant and seemed to care about my comfort. Called me after I'd had a chance to get settled and asked if I was ok with the room. Since I was just staying the one night, I wasn't concerned about there being no restaurants, […] etc nearby. Booked ahead based on distance we wanted to travel that day. Would have changed the reservation if it hadn't been nonrefundable. Older and kind of dumpy in a rundown neighborhood next to a casino. Wasn't interested in walking barefoot on the carpet (and I'm not a clean freak) and the water was lukewarm. Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The hallway and foyers could have used some fans as the air seemed a little stale, but the rooms were great! Perfect location as it is right beside the casino!

A/C in room didnt work....was immediately moved to another room! Went to breakfast......right behind 2 kids that loaded up 2 full trays of all the pastries, all the fruit and all the cereal boxes! Told the staff they put new out....the kids returned loaded up the trays again! told staff everyone in room was complaining......kids returned again loaded […] up trays.....again, allowed to leave! left hungry!! It says baymont.. but you know it was something else before and they are fixing it up..Night lady was great when checking in.. she even told us about a local resturant we walked to (the grill)..morning man could be nicer and maybe smile!

Rather enjoyed my stay at the Baymont. Room AC was working fine on a miserably hot summer day. Room was in fine shape, clean and tidy. Outdated TV, but whatcha gonna do? I stayed at this hotel a week and a half prior to this stay. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. We were in a non-smoking room but could smell the smoke in the hallways. During the previous visit I was in another building and never smelled smoke. However, I will stay there again.

The temp outside was 100 plus so it took forever to cool down it would've been nice if the A/C was on prior to our arrival. It did cool off so no big deal. High Point: Superb indoor pool, open 24 hours, glass atrium, positioned directly in front of front desk. Low Point: Included breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. Previously frozen thaw-n-serve generic waffles (not even Leggo), thaw-n-serve donuts, lukewarm coffee from an air pot with non-dairy creamer cups, instant oatmeal using hot water from […] otherwise unused coffee maker. Other: Clean (sanitary), safe area, cheaper than the casino next door, but Wyndam Hotels (who own this chain) should provide a better breakfast... real waffle irons maybe? While the rooms were clean and well serviced, carpet was worn, stained, 15 year old CRT style TV, plastic tub enclosure worn through in several spots. If Wyndam would do an upgrade on the breakfast offering, replace carpets, TVs, bathroom fixtures, they could turn this into a 4 star location pretty easily. I had stayed in this hotel when it was under another name and new. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still an affordable, comfortable place to stay. I was really interested in a bed and shower since I was gone all day. It was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was ok but would have liked more variety.

The hotel was decent, but kinda dirty. I am a bit of a germ-aphobe, so may not be too bad for others. Definitely the type of place u want to keep your socks on when walking around. The hotel was okay, but the outside was in poor shape. The rooms need to be remodel and carpet change, bathroom shower leaked after used for almost an hour then stopped. Local channel was snowy on TV, and the manager Dawn was very heplful and pleasent, she just needs better rooms to offer people.

Our toilet did not work and there was no maintence person on site to fix it. The hot tub was ice cold and after driving for 24 hours i was really looking forward to soak my sore back from the drive. Two days later hot tub was fixed but it had a really bad dirt ring if was really nasty. And for some reason they never had enough towels to go around.

We've stayed at Harrah's previously and chose this because of the pool, workout room and breakfast. With the exception of the workout room, it did not disappoint.

Over all it was a great stay .. just a few minor problems came up... In our room the safe had a key lock with the wrong key, The Hot tub was not maintained and was cold, WiFi signal was low or non existant in our room or in the common area of the lobby / pool area. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating when we had issues with the cleanliness of the room. We stayed here because it was pet friendly and very convenient to Harrah's Metropolis Casino. Would stay here again.

We had a small issue with the shower in the first room as someone had changed out/stolen the normal shower head for some old one. We were immediately moved to another room with no questions asked and were quite pleased with the room. It was very clean and across the street from the casino. (close enough to be convenient, but not so close that the traffic […] or lights would be annoying) Also, something that I haven't seen anyone else mention, they have a very nice indoor pool/hot tub that it open 24 hours. Booked 3 rooms for a family reunion. 2 rooms were remodeled and had room amenities (hair dryer, fridge), our room didn't. Hotel appeared to be decently maintained...some smoke smells in the hallway, but not in our non-smoking room. They ran out of towels on our second stay, including in the pool area. Indoor pool was okay, temperature of the water was […] not monitored (really cold one day, really hot the next) and the decor surrounding the pool could use a face-lift (the beveled wood walls and ceiling were showing mold/mildew/water damage). Casino was located directly next to hotel. For the price, it was comfortable. **Tip: there is a restaurant call The Grill that is located a few blocks from the hotel.
