Loved our stay in this hotel. Friendly efficient staff, comfy bed, high pressure shower, gym and pool, great location. There was nothing I didn't love about it.

Hotel design was very nice. Food was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was very central and close to bus station and train station. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Room service was good. If your thinking of staying in Cork for any reason, you couldn't go wrong with this ok.

Excellent service provided by staff, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bar food was very good too. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond.

although the hotel and rooms are very comfy i feel the house keeping could have been better as glasses had not been moved on occasion and the same with cups and the floor behind the doors had fluff and dust during my stay but apart from this i enjoyed my stay as the staff were very helpful,friendly and would stay again and i will be recommending the […] hotel for any future visits to cork .The hotel is also located in a prime area. Nice clean hotel but some hidden extras - watch out for extra payments for the car park and breakfast. Restaurant was good - asian food was delicious and reasonable.

I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay but i did have a couple of issues,i would have preferred to have a window in the room that could be opened also the shower was not very good it fell down and broke then i decided to get a bath and the plug would not stay in the bath, and last thing was the bar food menu could have had more choices of food on […] it . I had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and gave us a map of the city to help us get around. Our room was huge with a great view of the river, very comfortable and though we saw lots of people in the lobby and bar of the hotel we didnt notice any noises from groups at night. This is a great location from which to enjoy Cork. Staff were helpful and the room was spotless. The breakfast was poor but this complaint was taken seriously by the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay

Went there with my wife and enjoyed it very much. Great location, near to everything Cork has to offer. This is the place to stay if you do not want to use your car while in the city

Attractive modern city centre hotel by the river in Cork, 5 mins walk from main shopping streets. Spacious room with everything needed inc hairdryer and iron. Helpful reception staff. I stayed here for one night. It is 10 mins walk from the train station and is therefore very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area around the hotel was quiet (it was a Saturday). Overall a very pleasant stay, I would use it again.

Great location in City Centre and easy to drive out of the city to the airport. Good slection at breakfast and roomy bar with Sky Sports. Plenty of parking space in the underground car park. Large pool in leisure facilities.

Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. Glad not to have been there the following night as a wedding […] was planned and it was all happening in the central atrium!! The service at Reception was OK but they made mistakes - for example, the person when we checked inf orgot to stap our parking ticket and the person oin the morning when we left was not very helpful as if it was our fault. Well placed, city centre, convenient access to everything. [Could improve sound-proofing of room doors - I would not take a room overlooking the Atrium again - very noisy.]

We had a fantastic time at the Clarion. The service was faultness and the staff were extreamly polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cork. Great location, great rates, spotless rooms great weekend in all!! Thankyou for a lovely stay !!

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We found it difficult to locate but that was because of the on-way system. The hotel was very modern, clean, centrally located and had a decent restaurant. On the downside, it was a bit pricey for the area, had extremely bad sound transmission issues and some of the staff weren't the most helpful.

Haveing stayed 2 nights in a Beautiful hotel had a great time I could not beleave having to PAY €20 for the car park did leave a sort of bad taste it is the first time i have to pay for car parking in one of our top hotels.

The hotel was excellent but the most striking thing was the helpfulness of all the staff. They went the extra yard to ensure a great stay.

The Clarion's Cork staff was extraordinarily helpful with everything from check-in options (gave us an apartment for 4 of us to share), to parking information, assistance with restaurant reservations and directions. While the facility's location and decor were very nice, the staff is what makes this place special!

Staff wasn't as friendly as we encountered throughout the rest of Ireland. We chose Cork as it was convenient for touristy day trips -- but it is a tired looking and rather depressing city. Room was nice size, well decorated and very comfortable. Didn't even have a small shop or kiosk in the hotel where you could buy necessities such as water. was there as a stag do (although the more mature end full of 30+ guys). Its a great location with a lovely view. quick and easy check in. quality rooms. The staff were very friendly and excellent. The place was always being cleaned it seemed. There was a good mix of people there hens, stags, families and business people from all age groups. The best […] bit was that when cork bars close about 2am, the bar in the hotel stays open with door staff ensuring things are kept in order. all in all i was very impressed with the place and im a very very seasoned hotel traveller with 1,213 hotel nights under my belt in the last 10 years. From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like […] I was in another bar. Very convenient location certainly within walking distance of the city centre. Nice ambience in the bar with a duo playing some really nice music.
