"Super 8 - Pella, Iowa"
Hotel was just fine. If you are staying at a Super 8 your expectations shouldn't be anything more than a nice clean room and a quiet stay, with friendly staff. That is exactly what this little Super 8 offers in addition to a great location to downtown Pella. Will stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Small town charm in this hotel. Nice staff and clean hotel. Bed a bit hard for me, but expected for the price.

Clean hotel. Not expensive. We pulled in late and left early, so we didn't want to waste our money staying at a fancy hotel. It was adequate for our needs.

The room was comfortable, but the air conditioner did not seem to be working properly. Mostly blew just outside air. Made for an uncomfortable night.
Stay was fine. Hotel was basic but clean.

We had to pay an extra fee for our pet to stay, that is IN CASH (on the side), and sign our life away regarding any pet damage. The carpets seemed dirty, the shower curtain would not stay put, so worried about water pouring out over the side. The towels are so rough and skimpy. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. There wasn't even […] any butter for the toast, no cream cheese...etc. The coffee was watered down. They couldn't even offer any fruit either. We were woken up by the maid with a knock on the door around 8am. It might have been a real problem if we couldn't have made it to the hotel because of weather problems, as they will not let you cancel your reservations. There are other newer hotels in Pella and I would highly recommend them, even if the cost is higher. And to add the maids wanted a tip, as the slip was placed oh so nicely on the pillow.
