The refridgerator wasn't plugged in and running; we assumed it would be on in expectation of our scheduled arrival, so our food had to be thrown out. The air conditionaire was very cold; room hot. Customer service was lousy..... In the room the first thing we noticed was a cigarette burn, stain and a four inch tear on the bed spread. The bottom of the bath tub was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. The irony of the burn in the bed spread was this was a no smoking room. We will never stay there again nor refer this location to any one. […] The breakfast was a joke and we received a dirty look from the receptionist when we took four pastries leaving only two.
